Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. A spacious 2-room apartment of 54 square meters, located on the comfortable Eriksberg with a double bed and a large sofa for a third person. S The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Eriksbergs quay and the water, where the ferry takes you into town. Bus is just outside and takes you to Nordstan in 13 minutes. Dishwasher and washing machine available. The apartment is fresh and built in 2007, and renovated in 2017. Two balconies of 14 sqm with fantastic evening sun and no visibility. Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
