Welcoming villa with gazebo,barbecue and tub

Superb location, located 2 km from Baile Felix and Baile 1 Mai resorts and 3 km from the tourist city of Oradea. The construction is new,consisting of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment. In the yard there is a gazebo with large table, equipped with barbecue and cauldron. We also installed a Ciubar with hot water and jacuzzi with a capacity of 12 people! The tub is rented separately(300 lei/stay). Air conditioning(AC) appliances in every room+ living room

A spacious outdoor area features a well-maintained lawn complemented by neatly arranged stepping stones. A fire pit is situated centrally on the lawn, while a two-story villa stands to the right. Soft garden lighting enhances the evening ambiance.
