Welcoming villa with gazebo,barbecue and tub

Superb location, located 2 km from Baile Felix and Baile 1 Mai resorts and 3 km from the tourist city of Oradea. The construction is new,consisting of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment. In the yard there is a gazebo with large table, equipped with barbecue and cauldron. We also installed a Ciubar with hot water and jacuzzi with a capacity of 12 people! The tub is rented separately(300 lei/stay). Air conditioning(AC) appliances in every room+ living room

Briefly, we have a 2 floors villa with 5 rooms and bathroom for all of them, equipped for the highest standards (floor heating, central heating with wood, wooden windows with thermopan, traditional furniture, chimney in the lounge room, cozy atmosphere, satellite TV with a big screen, kitchen fully equipped, exterior fire pit, barbecue place, a big terrace, natural spring water, a brook right next to the house and a delightful large meadow). The villa is situated outside the main road.
