This well placed Villa is walking distance to the beach,hotel,swimming pool& mashie course.Built right onto the dam,one can enjoy tranquil morning coffee's or evening BBQ's/sundowners on the patio. There is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and drier), dining room, lounge and patio with built in BBQ/Braai.JOJO Tank. A cleaning service could be provided as needed, EXCEPT Sundays or public holidays!! Please arrange with the host.

Private and tranquil two bedroomed flatlet set in the Southbroom Conservancy surrounded by nature and close to the beaches and the village centre. Newly installed inverter ensures the lights and wifi are kept on. Southbroom, also known as the Jewel of the South Coast for very good reason, boasts one of the finest golf courses on the South Coast as well as tennis facilities, hiking trails and beautiful swimming beaches. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children UNDER 13 years.

THIS IS A SELF-CATERING VILLA 2 Bedroom both ensuite bathrooms and also an outside shower in the main bedroom to enjoy the African skies / stars, Full kitchen (including a dishwasher), Big patio and braai area overlooking a tranquilent natural water stream running into the main lagoon, TV-room with smart TV, just log into your own DSTV, Netflix Etc account. This unit is also fitted with airconditioning.

There is an 18 Hole Championship golf course, 9 hole mashie course, tennis courts, bowling green, squash courts, gym and spa. There is also a great MTB Trail for the cycling enthusiasts. There is a nature trail and the heath enthusiast they can get their daily run in around the estate.

Southbroom is a great holiday spot. We loved the house - gorgeous views, spacious for a family with teenagers. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Walk down to the beach for sundowners. A real spoil with Augustine and Joslin taking amazing care of us. Super clean and well equipped.

A sandy beach extends towards a calm ocean, with gentle waves lapping at the shore. In the distance, beachgoers enjoy the space under a clear blue sky with some clouds. Lush greenery is visible to the left, adding to the natural beauty of the scene.

We had an amazing stay at Rock Shandy - the view is breathtaking! The hospitality of Matthew and his wife is amazing. They kept the house sparkling clean throughout our stay, made us firewood pizza in the outside oven and were always there if we had questions. Thanks for this great vacation!

What an amazing experience. We travel alot and must say the Sea Cottage is up there with the best. The Views and location is fantastic. The Cottage is very spacious and extremely well laid out. A special mention to Robyn and her team, we received daily whats apps regarding weather, Sea tide charts and local attractions which i found informative and very helpful. Will definitely be back soon
