We felt very comfortable and welcome. The arrival was also very friendly and if we didn't know anything else we could call at any time. The house as well as the pool were perfect for us as a family with a dog. We will definitely come back soon.

Really great house. We spent Easter weekend here comfortably with 6 adults and a dog. We didn't lack anything. The terrace landscape is huge and beautiful. There are beautiful, numerous hiking options in the surrounding area.

A very pleasant stay at Kukunat, a perfect blend of art and nature. The checkin went smoothly, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and cozy. It truly felt like a little paradise, with a welcoming and open atmosphere. I can highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment overlooking the Mosel. Wonderful area for hiking and cycling. Best was the cool pool after a hike.

Our stay on New Year's Eve was great. We were over 20 people and were able to make good use of the various advantages of the accommodation. We were particularly impressed by the large living room and the master bedroom. Communication with Sascha was also great, he quickly answered the problems that arose (sauna did not get hot and Wi-Fi failed) and gave us the solutions. The only downside was that on the last night there was no more hot water and only two showers were available. Otherwise, the house is great for all groups who want to celebrate for a few nights.

Wonderful home with lots of space. Responsive host who lives adjacent to the rental home. Beautiful setting. Walkable to restaurants and Rhine river. Included necessities for a comfortable stay.

Nice… great… Stephanie! The house is beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. The views are great! We felt incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean, nicely prepared, just a “home feeling.” Stephanie sent so many great links, was super easy to reach and veeeeeeeeeery friendly! Of course, we were particularly pleased that we were allowed to bring our Miez, who also felt very comfortable as if she were at home. Dear Stephanie! Booked a week to avoid New Year's Eve in the Netherlands with wife and dog. Absolutely relaxed here and had a wonderfully quiet old and new. The area is really in hibernation during this time, many restaurants are closed but there are still plenty open to be able to eat out from time to time. The nature and the hills with the vineyards are beautiful and definitely recommended for a nice walk! The cottage itself is exactly as advertised. Everything is available, is perfectly fine and spotlessly clean. Natalie always responded quickly and kindly to questions, a professional host. In addition, the possibility to drink wine from their own Winery, which is highly recommended. All in all, only positive points and certainly repeatable. Thank you Natalie and family!

We were allowed to enjoy the wonderful house in a beautiful setting for 5 nights. Although there was everything in the house and the house remained wonderfully cool despite the high temperatures, the distance to, for example, Koblenz and the Laacher See was very easy to do. Plenty of choice in activities and also a playground within walking distance of the house. Outside we could sit wonderfully, at the BBQ was our favorite place with a very nice view. A well equipped kitchen and further in the house also more than sufficiently available. Astrid is very warm and also comes at a good time to welcome you to the house. Been in summer but also in another season this would be a place and accommodation that we recommend!

We had a very nice weekend in the cottage. We felt very welcome, the house offers plenty of space, the kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired. Beautiful surroundings with great hiking opportunities.

We felt very comfortable over the weekend. The house has lots of character and corresponds to the descriptions. Communication with Vanessa went smoothly. Chochem can be reached by train within 3 minutes if you want to visit a slightly larger place, but the immediate surroundings also invite you to walk, etc. We felt comfortable right from the start and would definitely recommend it.

Great, private sweet house! Tasteful and newly furnished, very good amenities in the kitchen, wonderfully comfortable bed, stylish large bathroom. Here you can really relax, is for yourself or can explore the area. A grill for the summer would certainly be nice and unfortunately the air conditioning in the living area did not really make it pleasantly warm, but it pulled through the doors and windows. The apartment is very well thought out and everything is taken care of. We'd love to come back!!

Helmut and Maria were extremely helpful and attentive hosts. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would want to make it a home from home. We had an enjoyable 5 days and would have loved to stay longer and return again for a longer stay. The location is quiet, but is also close enough to walk to the town centre and shops. The time in Koblenz was consistently positive. We had rented the place for almost three months and were very comfortable here. The apartment is very clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the small garden ideal for spending the evenings outside. The apartment is very easy to reach, not far from the city center of Koblenz, but still in a quiet residential area. The neighborhood was very friendly and helpful. An associated parking space made parking no problem. Thank you for a great time!

Andrea was a great hostess. Very friendly, polite, likeable & punctual. The property offers shopping within walking distance, from Rewe to Aldi and Lidl to dm, Deichmann or Tedi. Doctors and pharmacies are also within walking distance. Andrea even provided great excursions and tips. The accommodation is spacious has a nice garden, is clean & well maintained. Ample parking is available right outside the door. Since it is an old farmhouse that has been converted, the floor squeaks a bit, but that doesn't bother you at all. In 5 minutes' walk you are on a playground. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want, except a microwave, which didn't bother us. Bed linen, towels and other hygiene products were also provided by the hostess. We were there with 9 adults and 2 children and we had enough space. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
