We felt very comfortable and welcome. The arrival was also very friendly and if we didn't know anything else we could call at any time. The house as well as the pool were perfect for us as a family with a dog. We will definitely come back soon.

Really great house. We spent Easter weekend here comfortably with 6 adults and a dog. We didn't lack anything. The terrace landscape is huge and beautiful. There are beautiful, numerous hiking options in the surrounding area.

A very pleasant stay at Kukunat, a perfect blend of art and nature. The checkin went smoothly, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and cozy. It truly felt like a little paradise, with a welcoming and open atmosphere. I can highly recommend it.

Our stay on New Year's Eve was great. We were over 20 people and were able to make good use of the various advantages of the accommodation. We were particularly impressed by the large living room and the master bedroom. Communication with Sascha was also great, he quickly answered the problems that arose (sauna did not get hot and Wi-Fi failed) and gave us the solutions. The only downside was that on the last night there was no more hot water and only two showers were available. Otherwise, the house is great for all groups who want to celebrate for a few nights.

Wonderful home with lots of space. Responsive host who lives adjacent to the rental home. Beautiful setting. Walkable to restaurants and Rhine river. Included necessities for a comfortable stay.

All was absolutely perfect! The place was just as described and even better. The hosts were super friendly and welcomed us warmly – even a bottle of water was ready for us. The hot tub with canvas was a real highlight, as was the old Nintendo console, which provided really nice nostalgic moments. Communication was also smooth: The host always responded very quickly. Great, private sweet house! Tasteful and newly furnished, very good amenities in the kitchen, wonderfully comfortable bed, stylish large bathroom. Here you can really relax, is for yourself or can explore the area. A grill for the summer would certainly be nice and unfortunately the air conditioning in the living area did not really make it pleasantly warm, but it pulled through the doors and windows. The apartment is very well thought out and everything is taken care of. We'd love to come back!!

Helmut and Maria were extremely helpful and attentive hosts. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything you would want to make it a home from home. We had an enjoyable 5 days and would have loved to stay longer and return again for a longer stay. The location is quiet, but is also close enough to walk to the town centre and shops. The time in Koblenz was consistently positive. We had rented the place for almost three months and were very comfortable here. The apartment is very clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the small garden ideal for spending the evenings outside. The apartment is very easy to reach, not far from the city center of Koblenz, but still in a quiet residential area. The neighborhood was very friendly and helpful. An associated parking space made parking no problem. Thank you for a great time!

The home was just as described, very clean and spacious. The location was ideal for us and we loved how peaceful and quiet the area is. The backyard view is amazing.

Andrea was a great hostess. Very friendly, polite, likeable & punctual. The property offers shopping within walking distance, from Rewe to Aldi and Lidl to dm, Deichmann or Tedi. Doctors and pharmacies are also within walking distance. Andrea even provided great excursions and tips. The accommodation is spacious has a nice garden, is clean & well maintained. Ample parking is available right outside the door. Since it is an old farmhouse that has been converted, the floor squeaks a bit, but that doesn't bother you at all. In 5 minutes' walk you are on a playground. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want, except a microwave, which didn't bother us. Bed linen, towels and other hygiene products were also provided by the hostess. We were there with 9 adults and 2 children and we had enough space. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful stay in Müden. Peter is a top host in everything! Clear information in advance, but also pleasant contact during the stay if needed. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. We had a fantastic week. The area is beautiful and also during the week of New Year there was plenty to do for us. Recommended!

A modern house with facilities just as described, and amazing hosts. They communicated impeccably, and were helpfull with a very quick responde time every time we sent them a message. The place was lovely and I would recommend it to everyone, but the hosts was the best part of our experience. Genuine lovely, nice people.
