Our house is located at the end of a small dead-end street and consists of three floors. We rent the top apartment – right in the attic – to guests and provide you with plenty of comfort and coziness in 70 m² for an optimal vacation in the mountains.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

Landhaus Pfefferkorn " Bella Nova"

Our "Bella Nova" is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains and the fish pond in our garden; there are plenty of parking spaces available, free of charge. The bus stop is about 500 meters away and the ski lifts are about 3 km from the house. Hiking trails are accessible from the house.

The small apartment (bedroom, living room, dining room (no stove), shower/toilet) in a 400-year-old farmhouse is close to the Ardez train station. There are many antique utensils in the house and in the apartment. You'll love my place because of the flair of old times, equipped with every comfort. Free parking is available for our guests nearby.
