The “Zamangspitze” apartment is located on the second floor of the old Montafonerhaus. Access from a separate guest entrance. The apartment is approximately 42 m² (450 sq. ft.) in size, has one bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, a combined kitchen and living room with a couch and dining table (for 4 people), as well as access to the corner balcony, and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. All rooms start from a small hallway. On the balcony you can enjoy sun all day long thanks to the east/south orientation.

In the heart of the mountains - arrive and feel at home. Our non-smoking house is in a sunny, easily accessible location, 800m from the town centre. The bus stop for the sportiest ski area in Vorarlberg is 150m away and takes you to the Valisera or Grasjochtal station in 4 minutes. The Garfrescha lift can be reached in 8 minutes on foot. There is a separate smoking balcony for smokers. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

The apartment that I rent to my vacation guests is located in a listed Sprecher House from 1677. A seat, in the visible courtyard right in front of the apartment, in a beautiful neighborhood of stable building and patrician house, is the beneficiary of my joy in the thriving of blooming nature.

You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the front courtyard with original Unterengadiner flair. Unsere " Bella Nova" liegt ebenerdig und kann bis 4 Personen beherbergen. Sie verfügt über eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge und zum Fischteich in unserem Garten, Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden und kostenlos. Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 500 m, die Skilifte sind ca. 3 km vom Haus entfernt. Wanderwege sind vom Haus aus erreichbar.
