The villa was impeccably managed, and the entire property, including the swimming pool was spotlessly clean. The caretaker, Mr. Lalan, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect during our stay. We wanted to have a barbecue night, and they recommended a chef who not only prepared delicious tandoori items but also handled all the cleanup at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for value for money, professionalism, and top-notch cleanliness.

This place was simply amazing. Lots of space and a great area to be in. The family that cares for the place is super welcoming and kind. The pool and decor are also lovely.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed every moment. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. One of the best properties you can book for a group of 6–7 people. The place is well-maintained, spotless, and perfectly located-close to all the popular North Goa beaches, clubs, and cafes. You’re guaranteed to enjoy your stay here. The pool is spacious and exceptionally clean, and all the promised amenities are provided without compromise. The host, Karan, is fantastic-very responsive and always available to address any questions or concerns. This property truly elevated our Goa trip and made it even more memorable. Lastly, a special mention to Kefi, the café right outside the property-don’t miss it if you're looking for some delicious food. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, super convenient to everything I wanted to see and do. The place itself was clean, stylish, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the welcome drinks and the cold towels that were served upon arrival. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and hope to stay there again myself!.

I’ve stayed here four times now, and each visit has been wonderful. The photos don’t do it justice—the property is even more impressive in person. The architecture is thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space. It’s always spotless, and the caretakers are incredibly helpful.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Stayed at the beautifully designed sea view villa beautiful decor.. With an amazing party terrace overlooking the ocean, had perfect sundowner with my family here The villa staff was attentive n prepared an excellent breakfast as per our choice.. The host took care of everything during our stay they hv concierge service which recommended n booked resturants n party place for us.. Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

We were a family of 14 and stayed at this old Portuguese village and it was an awesome experience. The 5 rooms were big and spacious, the pool is also big enough for all to jump inntogether. There are multiple places lile dinning area, Living area and the open sit out near the pool where we all could hangout. Break Fast and food that was cooked (we are Veg) was excellent and all the care takers and chef were happy to do what we asked for, also the Barbecue on the first day was excellent. Location of the villa is amazing with Shops, Restaurants and Nice party joints at 5-10min diatance. over all Angel was a great host to an Amazing Property.

This was my second time stay with Ritwik's Villa and was as amazing as my first stay. So glad we went with Brits Palace! It was the perfect spot for our family get-together. The staff were super friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. The place was very clean, and everyone had a great time in the pool. We made a lot of wonderful memories — I highly recommend this place!

I loved our stay here. Pictures does not do justice for this home. The 2 caretakers were so good and always helpful. The rooms are very spacious and private for a few families to stay together. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom which is perfect! Patios are cozy and welcoming. The pool was super cold for the kiddos but don’t let this stop you from checking this beautiful home out. Love the fine details put into the home. Thanks for a lovely stay in Goa and for the recommendations.

Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos. Sakshi and the property manager, Akhilesh, were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Daily cleaning was provided upon request, and the service was consistently excellent. The pool was great and clean as well. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Amitabh is a fantastic host. He was avilable to assist is in our requirements and planning day trip. Although our trip was short, Anthony and his team were absolutely delightful to meet. Fabulously facility and great 5 star hospitality. We will be sure to visiting you again on our next trip.

We are group of 5 friends had a nice time staying at Diksha's Villa. it's located in a peaceful neighborhood with great views around the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful vacation in Goa

We had an absolutely amazing 5-day stay at the Blujam Villa! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The interiors were tastefully done, and the villa had a very relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway with friends. The private pool was a highlight – we ended up spending most of our time there just chilling and having fun. The location is also super convenient, close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife spots in North Goa, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and privacy. A big shoutout to our wonderful hosts, Raghva and Skand, who truly made our stay special. They were incredibly welcoming, always available. From smooth check-in to local tips and prompt support – they were exceptional. Highly recommend Blujam Villa if you're looking for a premium and comfortable stay in Goa. Revant's place was amazing, so well done. the decor is just beautiful, the living room is amazing to chill in, the pool in the villa and the community pool are both wow, each room has an attached washroom and everything is kept super clean. the caretaker deva was amazing. cooked amazing breakfasts for us and even recommended massages. the host also dropped by with some holi sweets which was a really lovely touch!
