Waterfront vacation rentals in Sandys Parish

2nd time staying here as the location and views are wonderful for us. We don't want hustle bustle and this is private and oceanside. Spacious 1 bedroom with large kitchen and living room and covered porch looking onto the ocean is just what we want. The host is responsive and helpful! No hesitatation to recommend to others. Hamilton is close enough by car or moped and the bus stop is just down the road.

We enjoyed our stay at Malcolm's place. The location is perfect for a Bermuda vacation. The view is awesome and the private beach is a plus. Perfect amount of space for 2 people with adequate parking. We hope to return in the future.

I booked this place for me and my 2 girlfriends as a birthday vacation to Stacey Airbnb. Let me start up by saying Stacey is one of the nicest, kindness Airbnb host ever! From the time I made my reservation to the time I checked out. Stacey goes above and beyond from getting us bus ticket to driving us to local grocery store on our first night there. Anytime I would text Stacey she will quickly respond back in a very timely manner. Our communication was great. Stacey, thank you for all you do for us ladies! We appreciate everything from the bottom of our heart, you’re the BEST!

Nice place to stay off the beaten path, but close to bus stop and beautiful beaches. Super location if you are into boats being right on a dock. We were taken to the grocery store to buy some groceries right after we arrived. That was really nice and made the stay more like at home. Bus stop a short hilly walk away. Even though the hosts lived upstairs, we were left to our privacy and enjoyed our stay.

Clarence's place was one of the best airbnb we've stayed at and we travel alot. Nicely decorated and well designed space. He was very polite, friendly, helpful, extremely responsive very attentive. My new fav airbnb in Bermuda. A true reflection of a very hospitable Bermudian....amazing host. He even offered to pick us up from the airport and back..that was an extremely nice unique gesture/touch. We felt at home- didnt want to return to Canada. This Bermuda property is paradise perfected. The view—a 200-degree sweep of turquoise water—feels like the edge of the world. The cozy bungalow has all you need to unplug; with grocery delivery, you could vanish for a week. A private beach offers serene, hour-long walks, while a $5 bus ride from the property’s base unlocks Horseshoe Bay, Dockyard, Hamilton, Crystal Caves, or St. George. Skip pricey taxis and savor a rum swizzle poolside as the sun sets—pure magic. The host and team are warm and responsive, making you feel like family. I’ve traveled from Santorini to Costa Rica, but this gem stole my heart. We’re scheming our return. Book this haven; it’s a soul-stirring escape you’ll obsess over.

Ralph was a fantastic host from beginning to end. He and Julie showed utmost concern for my safety and comfort. He went out of his way to make sure I got to the grocery store and was settled in for the week. I also enjoyed a private tour with Ralph. He and Julie own a company called Winsome tours. I learned all kinds of interesting historical, cultural and geographic facts on a trip from one end of the islands to another. Ralph tailored the tour to match my interests and physical mobility issues. Most important to me was the peace that I had just sitting on the terrace in the breeze watching that beautiful blue ocean, the birds and even the parrot fish. This is my first trip to Bermuda but it won’t be my last!

Allison and Aaron were great hosts, totally responsive though working two jobs full days. I was there on a solo retreat for two weeks and lacked for nothing for my reading and writing project. The place was spacious enough to spread out, open a yoga mat, a sofa for naps, very comfortable bed, and a kitchen where I could have all the meals inside that I needed to. Best was a pretty direct walk straight up the hill and straight down the other side in 25 minutes to Horseshoe Bay Beach. Or, on lazy days just to sit in the breeze under the trees on the lawn. The bus stop, a grocery store (and diner) 500 yards away on Middle Road was very walkable with the groceries. I highly recommend and would be fine for a couple.

Our stay at Ms. Elizabeth’s home on Bailey’s Bay was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and hospitality made us feel so welcome. The house itself is full of charm and perfectly located with stunning views and easy access to the water, and local bus stops to adventure around the island. We spent our days snorkeling, swimming to the nearby rock, and taking day trips with easy access to St. George’s, Hamilton, and the Royal Dockyard. Ms. Elizabeth went above and beyond, helping us get bus passes, showing us around the grocery store, and sharing local tips that made our trip extra smooth and memorable. We truly hope to return someday. Highly recommend—10/10!

David's place is at one of the prettiest beaches in Bermuda... the house is exactly as described The whole house, particularly the kitchen was very well equipped and we like to cook so that was much appreciated. Also there are little touches, like beach chairs, umbrellas, sun lotion, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. We travelled with our daughter and son in law and there was space for all. it's really the nicest part of the island for a relaxing stay.

Susan’s home is the perfect escape for a relaxing weekend. Every detail exceeded our expectations—from the serene atmosphere to the unbeatable access to the beach. We loved soaking up the sun on the deck and then cooling off with a quick dip in the ocean just steps away. The home is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. While walking into town can be a bit tricky due to the lack of sidewalks, we used the Hitch app, which made getting around easy and convenient. We had an incredible stay and truly can’t recommend Susan’s place enough—it’s a hidden gem we’re already dreaming of returning to.

Our family had a great time at Cindy's home. We took advantage of the location, the boys paddle boarded, fished and snorkeled in the bay. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and the beauty of a well manicured yard. The house had all the amenities as advertised. The bus stop for rt 6 buses is very close to the house. We could explore the entire island with the public transport. Nancy Cindy's mother was extremely helpful and made our trip so much more comfortable.

Communication w John was fantastic. We loved where the house was located if you’re looking to explore both ends of the island. Not far from the airport as well. There aren’t too many places that are walkable but jumping on the bus or ordering a taxi is very easy. I was a little bummed the ladder into the water is no longer there which makes it a bit more difficult to get in and out to swim but it’s doable. We liked The layout of the house with 2 bedrooms and a bath on one end which was perfect for my wife, son and myself and the other bedroom is on the other side of the house upstairs with its own bath so my mother had her own separate space. John was an excellent host and very responsive. We would stay here again and will be back to Bermuda in the future. Oh and the sunsets are unreal! Thanks John!

This has been the best air bnb experience! Cornell is an incredible host who goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. He goes out of his way to assist in everything. His house is amazing, spacious, like home, has all you need. His welcome packet has so much useful information and his communication is outstanding. We had 4 kids and they had a blast! We can’t wait to come back to this lovely home with an amazing host! Again all was impeccable and we could not ask for more. I recommend anyone coming to Bermuda to stay at his place. The location is perfect close to everything with a bus stop outside. We were sad to leave but definitely we are already thinking when to return!

Our family had an amazing time at Scott’s home. It was a classic Bermuda residence that was stylish and incredibly comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and communication with Scott was quick and easy. The location on the water was perfect, it was quiet and peaceful at night. We rented ev cars and toured the island daily. I’d recommend this residence to anyone visiting the area and would stay here in the future. Scott went above and beyond as a host and gentleman.
