There are beaches, restaurants, a grocery store, boat marina and a golf course within walking distance. Across the street is a walking reserve and historical park. Also, take a walk to see the world's smallest drawbridge. The bus stop is directly outside of the home, and it is a 20-minute walk or 2-minute drive to the nearest ferry.

Our home is located on a private peninsula with waterfront on two sides. On one side, a covered porch overlooks peaceful Cavello Bay. Fish and swim straight from the dock or explore with our kayaks and paddle board. On the other side, enjoy a firepit and snorkeling. We are located in charming Somerset on the west end of the island. Somerset Village is a 10 minute walk away with a pharmacy, bus stop, take-out and liquor store.
