Best location in Dublin! Walking distance from the city center, DART a five-minute walk away. Buses to major city colleges. Newly fitted space, perfect for complete privacy for one person. Gorgeous new fully tiled bathroom with large shower. Single bedroom/studio with storage and a desk for eating or studying/working. Excellent WIFI. * Under-counter fridge-freezer, stovetop, microwave, and kettle provided. Samsung 'The Frame' 43" Smart TV. Sadly, I am allergic to pets with fur. Entrance camera.

Our cosy studio is very central while being outside of the city centre. It's in a gated premises with your own private gated entrance also. Great for events in the RDS, Landsdowne Road, Bord Gais Theatre and 3 Arena. The bus stop both to & from the city centre is only a few meters from the door, as well as the Dart (train) which is 5 minutes walk. Journey into the city centre takes approximately 10 to 15 mins, grocery stores 10 mins walking distance & bars & restaurants. Free parking for 1 car.

This luxury private suite comprises the two top floors of a bright and spacious Georgian house looking straight onto Dublin Bay. The front rooms overlook Sandymount Strand, made famous by James Joyce and Seamus Heaney. Stroll to Sandymount village with it's charming Village Green surrounded by a choice of interesting shops and restaurants. There is parking although taxi and public transport links are excellent. Wifi 251 mbps. An oasis for work or leisure within 15 minutes of the city centre!

Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. My place is in Terenure village, (on the southside of Dublin city), bus routes, Shops eateries etc..etc. You’ll love my place, my location, the comfort, ambience and convenience. Has all the standard requirement Wi-Fi, laundry facility, privacy, etc, is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Our en-suite bedroom with private entrance is all yours. It is a bright guest room with your very own bathroom and shower. Our home is located 3 to 4 km south-east of Dublin's city centre. We are 6 min walking distance from the Aviva Stadium and 10 min from RDS. The City Centre is within reach by DART in 13 min. Sandymount is a lovely small village with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pharmacies and a Tesco supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is reachable in 6 min by foot.

There’s a little park a few steps away and the beach is a 5 minute stroll away. There’s a bus stop right outside bringing you to city centre in 15 mins or walk it in 30 min. The Dart station is 5 min away, bringing you as far as Greystones to Howth. City bike rentals are readily available if you fancy a bike ride. No car necessary!
