Enjoy salmon fishing on South Sandy Creek River and Salmon River, or boat and beach at Lake Ontario. The property features a large fire pit and entertainment room overlooking a private field. The renovated cottage sleeps up to 7 with three full-size beds and a couch. A 30-amp electrical and water hookup is available to accommodate a camper.

The Groove A Frame is a cannabis friendly rental. Enjoy smoking cannabis anywhere indoor or outside, but NO INDOOR TOBACCO SMOKING!
