Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sandwich

We splurged as a family of 4 w/ our chihuahua. This is the absolute perfect home for 2 or even 3 families. Derek was responsive from day 1 of booking until check-out. The home is gorgeous. It's just as the pictures show, if not better. The basement has a bedroom with 2 Q beds, and the cinema can easily sleep a few more. This was a man cave for our sons! Upstairs, the master bedroom w/bath was perfect. There are 2 bunk beds right next to the master & another bdrm across the house. It's quiet, peaceful, and serene. We walked the trails behind the home (bring boots or hiking shoes if it's been raining). When you pull into the drive, on your right is a rolling river. The hot tub was a huge plus and was relaxing. We loved the fire pit (bring a lighter or matches) and playing pool, air hockey, & shuffleboard. My son brought his xbox & hooked it up to the 85" TV in the cinema. We watched movies via our Netflix account. We hope to go back in the future!

House was beautiful and really nicely decorated- felt right at home! It was great for our family trip - very well equipped kitchen, clean bedsheets, homey vibe. The area is super cute and beautiful but also close to the supermarket if you need to grab anything. Jacuzzi was a plus after a long day on the slopes or hiking. Nadine communicated very well. She even put heated pads on the stairs the night before we arrived, which was very helpful as it was very slippery. Would love to come back one day!

Lovely, super clean, beautifully decorated home. Everything you need (except a toaster). Huge yard was totally enjoyed by my doggie. 2 Gun shots nearby were shocking, guess it's hunting season in the woods (at least this city girl hopes that is reason). Only issues were dripping shower head, no stopper to take bath in deep soaker tub, and could not turn down heat for sleeping. Overall great 1st airbnb experience for me.

We’ve stayed a lot of places in the area and we will be booking this one again! Very clean, spacious, convenient. We did wish there was a full size pool table! But everything was really nice and we can’t wait to book again for our next ATV adventures!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful luxury home! It was a moms’ getaway with our kids (ages 8 to 12), and it was exactly what we needed. The home itself is stunning—spacious, clean, and full of charm, with incredible views from almost every window. I loved waking up early, sipping coffee with a book outside or by the big windows, just soaking in the peaceful surroundings and a fresh air. There was so much for the kids to do, and we had some busy, fun-filled days—lots of hiking, stops at McDonald’s, and some really cute local restaurants and breweries all within 15 minutes. It felt like the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Tim is amazing—so proactive, always quick to respond, even when I was delayed in getting back due to our packed schedule. He was kind enough to offer a complimentary late check-out since the cleaning crew was scheduled for later, which was a win-win and much appreciated. We would absolutely love to make this an annual trip. highly recommended!

Vinny was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible. The location was perfect for skiing Sunapee and the space was very warm, cozy and private.

A very kind couple and a lovely home. We had a winter storm come through at the end of our stay and they were very accomodating of a late checkout if we needed some extra time to deal with the snow. Also their hommade Banana bread is a 10/10!

Loved staying in Korene’s place. It was very comfortable, bright, and clean. Korene was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home. I highly recommend the space and the host!!!

This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. This is the second time we have stayed at Bill's Condo. We love the location. I think this is one of the very best views in Nordic Village. Also, Bill is one of the best hosts that I have worked with. We had early check in which was great. The condo itself is very well stocked and had everything that we needed. Great Kitchen, comfortable bed, 2-person jet tub, and fireplace makes the condo very cozy and inviting. Hope to stay again soon.

We had an amazing experience at this house! The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, accepting our last-minute booking and making sure everything was ready for our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable. The rooms are well-organized and clean, and the overall structure is perfect for both relaxation and those looking for a nature-filled experience. The river behind the house is truly stunning – a beautiful view and a very peaceful environment. Definitely a stay we highly recommend, and we would return without hesitation!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Bobs place was comfortable and convenient to town. Lots of restaurants, bakery next door. Beautiful view from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked as well. Lots of hot water for the shower. We really enjoyed our stay there. Will definitely stay again at a different time of year to enjoy the lake as well!
