Delightful self contained cottage

The cottage is self contained and is a well designed space that accommodates a queen sized bed, bathroom and a separate study and is set in an enchanting cottage garden. The well equipped kitchen is in a separate space though part of the cottage and is accessed by its own door from the decking, so you don't have far to go. In the morning lorikeets and other wild birds come to feed and you will be awoken to the romantic sound of birdsong. During spring and summer the garden is at its loveliest.

The home is a very generous 2 bedroom with all the comforts you could hope for. Guest will have access to the entire property except for the balcony which is undergoing renovations. Elwood is a beautiful bayside suburb with lots of great cafes and restaurants. It's just a few kilometres from Melbourne's CBD. Elwood boasts some amazing restaurants, cafes, and the beach—and it's all a short distance from the apartment. Ripponlea Railway Station is short 10 minute walk from the apartment.

A place where everyone belongs. A bright, modern, spacious, 2 b/r, 1.5 bath, stand alone house.
