Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

Our cozy vacation home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto supermarket is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

In the large, beautifully landscaped, natural garden there is a barbecue and garden furniture for relaxing. A large, well-kept fish pond located directly on the terrace invites you to relax. In summer to cool down or in winter to warm up there is a wood-fired bathtub. There is also a sauna with a wood-burning stove. From the garden you can walk the approx. 80-kilometer-long cycling trail on the Ems-Jade Canal. The canal is a paradise for anglers.
