Beautiful in all seasons, you are welcome to wander around the 8 acre property and/or use it as a home base to everything the Capital Region has to offer. Approximately 20 minutes to Albany, 15 minutes to Troy. Groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants are all a quick drive. 30 minutes to Jiminy Peak. Please note we live on the property about 50 feet away in the main house. The property currently has dogs, chickens, honey bees and goats.

Incredibly private with spacious property. Our lake house is great for families with kids and couples, and handicap accessible. It is great for any season (leaves, skiing, fishing, swimming). Kayaks, row boat.....and the lake!! Age requirement of at least 30 years old for guests (except kids).

We absolutely loved our stay at the boho lake house, we barely left the property becuase it’s so peaceful and has everything you need. Emphasis on the peace, mornings and evenings lakeside are serene and calm, views of the eagle nest and blueberry island, it’s a respectful community and our experience would not have been the same without meeting the wonderful neighbors. Beds are comfy and the bathroom and kitchen were clean and have what you need for a comfortable stay. We opted to bring groceries and cooked & grilled all of our meals. Rebecca was such a kind and generous host. We hope to come back soon!

The location of this bnb is hard to beat, amidst a charming town, accompanied by the sounds of birds chirping and the sights of fireflies and rolling hills. Was a welcome reprieve from our normal city life!

We had another awesome stay here. Everything is so well kept up and clean, very modern home. Bed was great! We had 95 degree weather during our stay, but we were super comfortable in Tony’s well air conditioned home. In unit laundry room is so handy! Home is well supplied and the desk was great for the few days my husband worked remotely. We didn’t cook, but kitchen is well stocked and large fridge fit our pizza box. K Cup machine is a plus. Great central location to all that the area has to offer, such as Albany, The Berkshires, Lake George, Saratoga, and local colleges (HVCC, Siena, Sage, RPI + SUNY).

Phat and his family have such a cute place! If you’re a fan of old houses like I am then you’re up for a treat, Phat and his family have restored a grand Italianate with much love and equipped it with all modern goodies. It was super muggy when I visited and I appreciated the central air conditioning, and everything—from bubble bath to milk for your coffee—was well thought out. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Highly recommend :)
