Vacation rentals in Sanchong District

This place is a great choice especially for first time visitors of Taiwan like ourselves. Very accessible to the MRT station, and to any destination you’d like to explore. The owner is very responsive, and his loft has a good value for your money.

Even though we did not have a face to face handover during the check in process due to us arriving at night, host and his team were responsive to any questions we had. the location is great, short walk to ximending shopping district! the place is clean and as described! I also love how they had a big bottle of water (5L I presumed) prepared for us. Tim's place is definitely worth the money and would definitely recommend anyone who come across his listing to book it!

- self check in, with complete instructions provided days before our arrival - place is the same with the picture: amenities, facilities - complete amenties for all of us, such as toiletries - comfortable bed - responsive and accommodating host + provided food recommendations - with friendly driver for airport pick up and drop off (I even had a mistake in writing the form to avail the service, yet they accommodated us) **commendable and highly recommended! - well working aircon, warm shower, placement of lights - convenient. with elevator to help us easily go to and from the room (not also crowded, no queuing for the elevator use even if the room is in the 7th floor) - accessible to most shops. also walking distance from Ximen station

Nice apartment with great views. The apartment has plenty of supplies and everything I needed plus more. Host also set up transport from and to the airport, very convenient.

Host Henry is really kind and accommodating!! Location is very nice, near from the main spots!

This was our first family trip in Taiwan and it was made even better with this unit. This was probably the biggest and cleanest apartments we’ve ever stayed at. The hosts are proactive and responsive to my queries. Everything looks the same on the photo and in person. In fact, it’s even waaaay better in person. It’s literally a minute walk from the MRT and a family mart nearby. If I’ll be back in Taiwan, I will stay again in this unit.

We stayed here for a couple of nights after flying in, relatively easy to find once we got our bearings but the small streets were pretty tricky to navigate in a rental car. However, there is a parking lot a couple of minutes walk down the road. The apartment is comfortable with the separate bedroom and sliding door doors out the back. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good, TV had some English content on it. Good communication from the owner.

The host is extremely responsive with a <10 minute response time. They answered any of my worries sincerely. They also provide local recommendations, very clear instructions on how to get to the room from ximending MRT, and proof shots of the clean house before you check in. The room itself is also very nice~ The bed and pillows were comfortable and made our stay nice. There is a good washing machine that dries ur clothes and a steamer that unwrinkles any of your clothes (my fav part of the room). Although we were worried about the smoke smell due to other reviews, there was no smoke smell to be found even outside on the balcony! There even is an air purifier so my usual morning dust allergies didnt act up. The only bad thing was that the ceiling was low and my hand would hit it when i was stretching (im 172 cm), especially in the shower. The water heater also alternates between hot and cold very fast with little in between but it wasnt so bad that it affected my stay! 10/10 recco

It’s a great experience staying at Jon’s House, the place is accessible because there’s a MRT near the house and a lot’s of restaurants nearby.
