Vacation rentals with a pool in San Vito dei Normanni

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

The house was fantastic, especially for the kids who loved the swimming pool and the patio which had plenty of space for them. The house is also beautiful and spacious and we enjoyed being able to do outdoor bbqs, eating al-fresco. The only issue were the mosquitos, so you need to make sure you have lots of repellent on hand. In my opinion, a necessary addition for such a large house is another toilet and shower with more privacy, especially for a bigger group. It’s also worth mentioning, that if you want to enjoy the gorgeous beaches, great restaurants etc, you really do need a car. Because Surano (in terms of amenities) is a dead town. We had an excellent time, the beaches nearby are really spectacular and Matt was a fabulous and very responsive host.

It’s our second time staying at this beautiful slice of heaven. Cannot recommend highly enough. Beautiful, clean, isolated but close to lots of amazing places to eat and things to do, spacious, and Sophie & Giovanni are responsive, helpful and kind hosts. Looking forward to coming back soon!

we visited the area for a wedding nearby, and this villa was the perfect place to stay! we booked as two couples and the villa itself is probably the best Airbnb we've all stayed at - it has everything you could need; beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, peaceful yet right in the centre of town. the bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous. the pool area was beautiful to relax by during the day. the communication was great as well. we didn't meet Sabrina but she was super helpful in the lead up and we had Peter on hand when we arrived and for any questions we had during the stay. thanks so much! finally, we loved nardo as well - there was an amazing selection of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. we were only there for 5 nights but you could easily try somewhere new each day for a couple a weeks and still need more time. hopefully we get the chance to come back! thanks so much 🙏

We had a great time in Puglia. A family trip that will mark our minds and hearts for a long time. Daniela and her husband are very kind and welcoming. The accommodation is as described and practical. Every day is punctuated with small touches and valuable advice.

My stay in Parabita was truly unforgettable. The location is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful surroundings and a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the charm of Puglia. The house itself is spectacular—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Massimo, the host, was exceptional—always attentive and incredibly kind, making sure every detail was taken care of. His hospitality made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of southern Italy in a gorgeous home with a wonderful host.

The AirBnB was truly fantastic. Based on the photos, we already expected a lot of beautiful things, but the views over Fasano and in the distance the sea exceeded everything. The pool was lovely and clean. The house itself was fine and equipped with all the necessities. Marika was a great host, always willing to help. Unfortunately, I was unfortunate that I got a flu right before arrival and got quite sick. Marika was there to help with medicine and clean linens. From the AirBnB you can visit many beautiful places - Polignano a Mare, Alberobello (the Trulli village), several beach clubs along the coast and with a little further drive you have still reached Lecce, Tarente and Brindisi. A lot closer is the town of Fasano, nice to see and there are quite a few restaurants to find. A restaurant within walking distance of the AirBnB. A simple kitchen, but fine for when you don't want to cook an evening but also not drive.

Functional, super clean and tastefully appointed. Close to the city center and the train station (trains and buses) to discover other nearby towns. Very good stay, I would recommend.

We loved our stay at Donatella’s place! Even though we were unlucky with the weather it was really cosy and sweet. The reception and internet is a little bit of an issue for us but we figured it out! Antonio the grounds keeper was great! Super friendly and tried to help us as much as possible even though there was a language barrier. Don’t keep your doors/car doors open!! The cats will come in. We had little muddy footprints all through our car haha!

What can I say, impeccable home in everything, super clean, very accurate host and always available. In addition, going back from the sea and relaxing in the pool while the children play and have fun is priceless… .Stupendooo. We'll definitely be back…

Annachiara welcomed us and was always responsive to our requests. Casa Carucci is an excellent discovery: beautiful place, very well maintained by Antonio, who gives an extra soul to this place. He is a person of great kindness and generosity. This stay would not have been the same without all his little touches: Milskake, ice cream, bruschettas and refreshing drinks as well as the vegetables from his garden made available. We can only advise you to stay there. We'll be back without a doubt :-)

Based on the pictures and the price, we already had high expectations. These expectations have been completely exceeded. It was really unprecedented, if you go to southern Italy, this is a MUST GO. So welcoming, such a nice tenuta, delicious breakfast every morning and attention was paid to everything, they really take an extra step to make you feel completely welcome and at home. We have been there our first 10 days of vacation to discover the south of Puglia. It is perfectly located for that, we have explored all the nice places in the area all less than an hour away. The only thing I regret is that we have booked this accommodation to start the holiday with, I am now writing this review from our second accommodation and it really falls into nothing compared to Tenuta San Trifone. I sincerely don't think you're going to find a better place to stay in the south of Puglia. Emanuele, Laura and the rest of the family, super thank you, it was great!

We loved our stay here! So peaceful and well equipped. The pool exceeded our expectations - it was remodeled in May 2024 - and has a plateau area perfect for our little daughter to spend time with us in the pool. Peter and his wife are great hosts! We would love to come back.

Active professional host, information is sent in advance. The listing is true to the photos provided and very clean. The setting with terrace and swimming pool are great. Everything has been tastefully done. At the arrival of fresh water and fruit, appreciable after a long trip.

We had wonderful vacations! The house is quiet and close to the most beautiful places to visit! The pool is huge and very clean. Our family had plenty of space in the garden to relax. The owners were available throughout the stay and recommended superb places to us. We cant wait to come Back 😁

Absolutely stunning and perfection! Enea has restored this Trulli taking care to preserve the historical details and adding all the modern luxuries without overdoing it. It feels like a peaceful country home with a gorgeous setting; those hillside sea views and all the privacy one could want. It almost feels like a shame to leave the property to explore the area. A week is not too long. Enea is also a very responsive host, happy to share his knowledge of the area and suggests things to do. We had one of our favourite tours at a local 7 generation plus Masseria that produced quality extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to ask!

L’Antico Pozzo exceeded all expectations! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is and how lovely the host is. We were greeted warmly and everything was explained. The design and layout are spectacular; the decor is beautiful; the amenities were a delight; and so many thoughtful details go above and beyond anything we have experienced anywhere else. There was Prosecco and other drinks in the refrigerator. There was tea and coffee, cakes and other treats in the full kitchen. Everything was beautiful. The grotto pool was exquisite and a great way to relax after a day of touring. This place is a must if you are staying in Martina Franca!

Communication was really easy with Nathalie, which made the check in really straightforward and hassle free. The property is exactly as pictured - bright and spacious. Would recommend.

A beautiful place to explore wider Puglia from. Great host. Would return. Situated just north of Porto Cesareo. Car essential with parking space inside secure perimeter walls. Most sights were 45-90 minute drive. Modern, clean with comfortable furnishings and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Self-catered: 20 mins to nearest Lidl. Short drive to reach restaurants (10 minutes). End of October still warm and sunny in daytime (shorts, t-shirt and slides). Able to swim in small pool (very refreshing though ☺️) and in the sea at nearby beach (5 mins walk: sandy and shallow). Arrived after a severe rain so suffered more with mosquitoes outside which stopped us sitting out in the evenings sadly. Solar-powered hot water very limited (max 2 very short showers). No hot water from kitchen tap. Immersion heater did not seem to get temperature past tepid even after a couple of hours. Would be less of an issue in high summer. Out of season largely was silent around (beach club noise one evening).

Elodies villa was exactly as described and perfect for a family holiday. The seperate buildings enabled everyone some privacy and outdoor living area by the pool both functional and flexible. The hosts were very responsive and responded almost instantly to any question. We took the recommendation to bring in Massimo Mancarella as our personal chef for our final farewell dinner and he is an amazing chef, preparing our best meal of our trip. Such a nice way to end our Puglia holiday dining outdoors together being treated with an amazing meal and service.

This villa is absolutely beautiful, as it offers exquisite interiors and high vaulted ceilings that make you feel as if you are staying in a palace. The rooms were great and provided our group (7 adults and two children) enough space and privacy, yet allowed for lovely communal areas where we could come together. The house was very clean and the garden was beautiful. Giugganello is a very small town, but is a good location to explore the wider region from. We had a few issues with the booking company who was supporting in the check-in and the hosting - and they, Happy Rentals, were very unimpressive and unresponsive, however Massimo the owner, who lives next door, was extremely helpful with any issues that we had and responded quickly and effectively to ensure everything was sorted. He also gave us some good tips with regards to the surrounding areas and things to do and see. We had a wonderful family holiday here and would love to go back!
