It was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. We had such a peaceful time overlooking the water from the 8th flr, and access to the beach was easy. When we wanted a busier vibe (or wanted to get groceries), it was only about a 10-15 minute drive to Zona Romantica. The unit had everything we needed, though we didn't end up doing much cooking. You can hear street noise from the second bedroom - not terribly loud, but it may bother you if you're a light sleeper. And of course, you can hear the ocean from the master bedroom and living room. The building staff were so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. Carl was very communicative and proactive. He did ask for more information than expected during the booking process (which I imagine is a normal process for other rentals he has), so I was cautious at first since I've had some bad experiences in the past. But he was totally fine with me providing just the info that was required to be registered with the building. I appreciated that.

Emily's place was absolutely fantastic. the pictures of the place don't do it justice. everything was clean and well maintained. away from all the tourist areas but only a 5 min walk to the center of town. 3 min walk to so many great taco stands and restaurants and bars. Emily and her brother were super responsive to questions and any concern we had was addressed right away with no issues! all the neighbour's were super friendly. we spend many many nights and days on the rooftop patio! the wagon and umbrella were fantastic for our beach time although we didn't end up using the umbrella. LA 20 bar that was right around the corner and a perfect place to have a drink, listen to the band or play their music bingo (an absolute must). the place is huge so will house your large group very easily! was perfect as we had family members come at different times for a week each! our 3 weeks flew by super fast.. but will definitely rent again from her if we have a large group again!

We stayed for a week with friends who own a condo in a different tower. The condo was spacious and very clean. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the views. We had a wonderful time and are considering staying again next year. One callout would be that the kitchen was not stocked with basic necessities like salt, pepper, dish soap or a sponge. Just a heads up that you will need to buy these or bring them with you.

Chic Beach Retreat with a Great Cook, Maid & Pool!

Mari and Shane took great care of my family during our visit to Bucerias (April 14 week). Mari is a great cook and she and team made sure we had everything we needed. The house is an amazing private space, and the kids loved the pool. It’s basically like being at a resort but without all the other guests. We had 8 people, which is just about the perfect amount for this spot. The beach is a block away and tons of shops and restaurants are within a few more blocks. The ladders to the upper lofts are a bit precarious and not a great option for young kids or those with limited mobility, so plan accordingly. Also, we were in town during Holy Week so there was a bit more street noise and activity than usual. This generally did not last past 9 PM. We will definitely come back to this spot next time we are in the PV area. Thank you so much to the whole team for making this a great family vacation!

Jesus was an awesome host, always responsive and quick to make recommendations. He even provided drinking water for our entire stay. The unit the beautiful and the view was amazing. Very quiet and peaceful so if you are looking for party central, don’t stay here. Something to keep in mind when using Uber is to make sure you put in “Torres Kite 2”. The address took us to the wrong location. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Laura's place was great. As described, photos are accurate. Everything was ready when we got there. Laura met us and got us settled and was responsive during our stay. The views were fantastic. Sunsets and whales every day. It was about a 15 minute walk to town. We usually walked in and took an Uber home. Uber was very reasonable ~$4-6. The location is up the hill just behind the highway so there is highway noise but we acclimated quickly and it didn't bother us.
