Barbara e suo marito ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e cordialità, hanno mostrato dettagliatamente l’alloggio e le sue caratteristiche. Si sono resi molto disponibili dandoci consigli ed informazioni utili. L’appartamento era molto pulito e ben attrezzato per delle famiglie, comprese le dotazioni per i bambini. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Lo consigliamo.

Soggiorno piacevolissimo! Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni a Fossacesia con i nostri bimbi di 1 e 4 anni, e a casa di Simona ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è un fornita di ogni cosa e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima a fornirci su richiesta il seggiolone e un apprezzatissimo benvenuto con cestino per la colazione. La posizione di fronte al mare è davvero impagabile, sia per la possibilità di utilizzare il terrazzino per i pasti che per la comodità di attraversare la strada e trovarsi in spiaggia. Molto comoda anche la presenza del box con ingresso diretto al condominio.

Appartamento piccolo e stupendo, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Pulitissmimo e attrezzato per ogni eventualità. A due passi dal mare, dal centro, da tutto. Arredamento splendido. Mi sono sentito a casa. Host gentilissimo e disponibile Se dovessi tornare a Pescara spero di poter .tornare qui. Grazie!

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Alessandro in Pescara. Aardige host, behulpzaam netjes en vriendelijk. De ligging is perfect, tegenover het strand en een paar minuten fietsen naar het centrum. Wij zouden graag een keertje terugkomen.

we spontaneously decided to stay 2 nights in Pescara. from the first moment on, Raffaele was super helpful and actively communicating with us. the apartment was very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. also the kitchen provided everything necessary. The only little minus is the noise from the street which is a bit busy. but with windows closed it didn't bother us. we loved the time in Pescara and felt very at home in the apartment. strongly recommend Raffaeles place, he is a great host.

Es ist wie ein Besuch zu Hause bei der Oma. Alles ist gut gepflegt und hat den Charme einer gemütlichen, kleinen Wohnung aus den 1960er Jahren mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Alessio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mich trotz erheblicher Verspätung meines Zuges vom Bahnhof abgeholt und mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Weil ich erst so spät ankam, konnte ich fürs Frühstück nicht mehr einkaufen gehen. Das war aber kein Problem, denn im Kühlschrank gab es Säfte und Joghurt. Außerdem auch Milch, kleine Kuchen und Kaffee und auf dem Tisch stand ein frischer Strauß Blumen. So fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und die Wohnung ist kein steriles Hotelzimmer, sondern ein echtes Zuhause mit Seele. Gerne wieder!

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

Maurizio e Mariella gentilissimi. Ci hanno aiutato molto e ci hanno anche prolungato l'orario del checkout permettendoci di partire più rilassati. Appartamento estremamente carino, super fornito e molto accogliente e pulito. zona veramente top, vicino a tutti e a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, sia libera che a pagamento. Davvero un'esperienza meravigliosa, consigliatissimo!

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

Parfait! Petit appartement au rdv d’une maison calme . Bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Alessandro est réactif et très gentil. Je recommande ce logement.

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

Di recente ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 6 giorni insieme a mio marito.Appartamento perfetto per una vacanza al mare. La terrazza con vista sul mare è bellissima. Consiglio questo appartamento a tutti. È un posto davvero carino e tranquillo e allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro.Lugi, una persona molto rispettosa, ci ha spiegato esattamente tutto quello che dovevamo sapere.sicuramente quando dovremo tornare nella zona di Termoli saprò cosa scegliere!

We loved our stay at Giuseppe's place. Had some difficulties initially finding the place but the host was very responsive and helped us find it. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed (especially lovely towels). You can see the beach from the balcony. Train station right next to the building so you can hear the trains but that did not bother us and it was helpful for catching the train. We especially loved that the Via Verde cycle path is basically at the end of the road - our children loved the easy and safe cycle to Vasto marina! All in all we had a great time and would happily come back.

Très bonnes prestations. L’appartement est parfait. La piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Les hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés . Nous recommandons cette location.

Giovanni est un hote très aimable et réactif! Une petit attention pour nos enfants nous attendaient à notre arrivée ce qui nous a clairement beaucoup touché. L’appartement est beau, lumineux et spacieux. Il est très bien équipé et on peut remarquer que comparé à d’autres appartements en location, les équipements de celui-ci sont régulièrement renouvelés pour donner un aspect de neuf. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la place de parking privative et l’accès à la plage à 2 min à pieds. Nous séjournerons avec grand plaisir dans ce logement pour notre prochain séjour à Montesilvano.

Francesca est juste extraordinaire 🥰 En plus d’un logement au top du top qui correspond totalement aux photos, Francesca nous a donner beaucoup d’info concernant la ville, les choses à faire et à visiter et surtout à manger également 😋 Merci encore pour votre réactivité pour les messages et pour votre gentillesse. Vous êtes dévouée pour aider vos hôtes et rendre leur vacance paisible. Francesca a tout installé dans l’appartement pour notre petit garçon. Ensuite n’ayant pas la possibilité de rester dans la chambre pour la sieste de notre Loulou car ce magnifique appartement attendait déjà de nouveaux voyageurs, Francesca nous a laisser profiter des ses transats et parasol sur sa plage privé. Quel bonheur de voir son enfant dormir avec le doux son des vagues 🥰 Et la cerise sur le gâteau, Francesca a garder nos valises toute la journée et nous les a amené directement à l’aéroport à l’heure de notre départ. Juste milles merci à vous pour tout! ❤️

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

We had a great two week stay in this centrally located apartment. Parking was easy, so was checking in . The amenities in the two storey flat were as described on Airbnb‘s site. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with a large dining table, there was also a comfortable lounge (we didn’t really use it though), but the highlight must’ve been the rooftop terrace. Up there, it was possible to sit and have drinks and snacks whilst looking out the sea, and would’ve been possible to have a grill and eat dinner up there, too. The washing machine worked well and drying clothes on the roof, was extremely effective - no need for tumbler. We had a couple of small issues upon arrival, but these were dealt quickly and effectively - and in a very friendly manner - by our hosts. As said, we had a very pleasant stay, and will be using the flat again (if possible), if we return to the picturesque town of Vasto and need an Airbnb. :-)
