A spacious terrace allows for a nice hang-out spot outside with a beautiful view on to the beach and palm trees. Has a desk with Wifi. Important to note, is that this apartment also has a floor heating system, practical for the winter months. It's a 5 min walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants of the port of Sotogrande.

what can I say, but don't hesitate to book, James was a star when we had a little mishap with the keys, fab location and I will definitely be back. Felt super safe. rooftop pool was brill.. only one little thing, can we have a full length mirror, had to go into hall to check out my outfits every evening.

I liked the accommodation, it was very complete. The area was ideal, quiet, beautiful and with easy access. The owner is always attentive to whatever is needed. Flexible both at check-in and check-out and in extending the stay. I would definitely go back. The only downside I would mention is that it should have more large shower towels, since it was impossible to wash them and keep them dry for so many days (we only had two) and a microwave, which I think is essential to reheat various foods. Otherwise, it's a complete apartment. We'll be back!

Beyond our expectations The accommodation is just perfect and the hosts are extraordinary, full of small touches that are touching. A huge thank you. Your house is perfect.

Such excellent value for money. This villa was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the pool area was fantastic. In the San Roque golf club resort. We went to the clubhouse there for breakfast several times which was excellent and stunning views of the golf course. Well located to pop into Sotogrande, try Foodisiac for breakfast/brunch. Well located would love to stay here again.

Lovely apartment, very clean, great views, close to everything you need. We didn’t use the pool due to time constraints but could see it from our window, it looked very inviting. Great to sit on the balcony and take in the views. It’s in a busy part of Gib so a bit noisy when on balcony but quiet when inside and doors are closed. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic time at Mateo’s Villa Cana! It had everything we needed, very well furnished, clean, comfortable with all mod cons. It even included beach towels. Check in and out was so easy with a very convenient key box for flexibility. Worked really well for us as we arrived later than expected. The villa is a few minutes walk from a fabulous beach, some great restaurants and bars and - very usefully - a well stocked supermarket. The villa has a nice little garden, with table, chairs and bbq. Mateo was a pleasure to deal with. Easy communication, always so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to return! Thank you Mateo
