A very comfortable place, cleaned with chlorine, steam, and alcohol for each new guest, 24-hour security. It has a swimming pool, children's pool, gym, parking, the best location in Mexico City, 3 blocks from the PEMEX tower, 5 minutes from the Angel de la Independencia and the financial corridor of Reforma, 10 minutes from Chapultepec and the National Auditorium, very close to the heart of Polanco. Coffee place just outside the house, 5min walk to Walmart and 7min walk to Naval. Fully-furnished apartment for comfortable stay - kitchen, dining room, living room with a TV, bedroom, two bathrooms and storage room. In the house there is a big common patio with plants, just outside of the apartment. Located in a vibrant neighbourhood of the city centre.

Pretty pretty pretty apt with Patio en la Juárez

Push open folding big doors first thing in the morning and step onto a green patio for a blast of fresh air and daylight. The big floor to ceiling doors keeps the apt ventilated and fresh. High ceilings with clay and wood beams, bunch of light, and artesanal tiles and wood floor. The place is silent, carefully decorated, very nice for work or just to be here.

Maribel's apartments are a great place to stay. Not only are they beautiful, comfortable and accessible, but they also have a great location. They are close enough to the Zócalo to enjoy a safe walk to the heart of the city, and a short walk from a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Maribel's service is exceptional: always attentive and kind, making sure the stay is perfect. I definitely recommend this place for those looking for comfort, safety and a great experience.

Exlusive Penthouse in México City near downtown!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is on the top floor with spectacular city views and was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — with a Walmart just a block away. The host’s mom met us at check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. We picked this Airbnb for the bathroom and patio, though we didn’t end up using the patio. The biggest downside was the shower — water temperature fluctuated from cold to scalding, and it didn’t drain well. From what we’ve heard, consistent water temp seems to be a common issue across Mexico, so likely not something the host can fix. Be aware there’s no elevator and a lot of stairs to reach the unit. There’s also no AC, but the fans helped a lot at night. Overall, would definitely recommend as a great base for exploring CDMX!

I’ve done several long-term stays in Mexico City, and this apartment has been my absolute favorite. The location is ideal—tucked into a quiet, leafy part of Condesa with jacarandas and tree views from the full floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony, but still an easy walk to all the restaurants and energy of Roma Norte. Inside, the apartment is thoughtfully set up for comfort and remote work. I was able to set up a monitor and work consistently with plenty of space. The heating (a rarity in CDMX!) made a huge difference on chilly mornings, and the regular biweekly cleaning made everything feel well cared for. I also appreciated the keyless entry and how responsive and helpful the hosts were throughout my stay. I’ve already booked to come back for my next long-term trip. Highly recommend—especially for remote workers or anyone who wants peace, beauty, and convenience all in one place.
