Smoking friendly vacation rentals in San Polo, Venice

Natalia is super responsible and welcoming! She asked initiatively if we want to drop off our luggages before the check-in time. The house is big and clean, it's even enough for 10 residence. She even prepares slippers and restaurants suggestions (pretty delicious), which is super considerate and I never met such nice house host like her before. By using the coffee machine she offered, I accidentally broke one of the coffee cups, but she cared about my health first and require no compensation, so sweet! I would strongly recommend this house to every tourist!

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο όσον αφορά στην καθαριότητα και πλήρως ανακαινισμένο! Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν άκρως φιλικοί και επικοινωνιακοί ☺️ Το σημείο είναι ήσυχο και έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στην Βενετία και στα γύρω νησάκια! Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ είμαστε ευγνώμων 🌸🌷🪻

appartamento in una zona molto comoda per raggiungere Venezia in bus. nelle immediate vicinanze supermercato, pizzerie e mc donalds. consiglio come appoggio per Venezia. appartamento ampio e dotato di tutto il necessario. ci sono stato una notte con la famiglia. un bambino di 10 e una di 7 anni. appartamento al quarto piano senza ascensore

Très satisfaits du logement, de l'emplacement et de notre hôte. Andrea a été exquis, très accueillant et nous a bien renseigné sur les visites à faire. L'appartement correspond bien à la description. Quartier tranquil, qui plus est parking sécurisé. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci Andrea et sûrement à une prochaine fois.

Unser Aufenthalt in Noale war fantastisch! Das Apartment ist absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man Städte wie Venedig, Padua, Treviso usw. entdecken möchte. Aber auch die Stadt Noale ist sehr nett. Die Pizzeria Pulcinella macht die besten neapolitnischen!!!! Pizzen. Unbedingt ausprobieren! Auch die Cicchetteria in der Hauptstraße kurz vor der Kirche ist ein Muss. Die Wohnung liegt 2 Min. vom Bahnhof und 7 vom Zentrum. Besser geht es gar nicht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt absolut genossen . Vielen Dank an Nicola

Marina's apartment is an upscale home. I did not expect it to be so nice and private. To fully enjoy the area you need a rental car if you will be staying here. You get your own gated parking space and garden entrance straight into your unit. With quick access by car to the train station that will take you to Venice. The house is very modern in contrast with most other places. We loved the nearby town and restaurant. La Rocca, across the street from a local castle. I want to stay here again next time I go to Venice. Really.

Il pernottamento presso l’appartamento Ca’d’alice è stato perfetto sono ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e poco frequentata da turisti/universitari. L’appartamento ha un balcone dal quale si può godere di una vista sulla laguna di Venezia, all’interno era tutto completamente pulito e fornito di quello che c’era stato detto. L’host è stata sempre disponibile e reattiva a rispondere alle mie domande consigliando inoltre attività e luoghi da visitare durante la vacanza.

l'alloggio è comodissimo e fornito di ogni necessità. Molto comodo e godibile lo spazio esterno, soprattutto per i cani. Alessandro e Stefania sono molto disponibili e simpatici. Consigliamo senza dubbio questo alloggio e ci torneremo sicuramente!

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

Un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole a casa di Pietro. Appartamento molto confortevole e spazioso, curato in ogni dettaglio. Sistemazione ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone. Venezia è proprio accanto. Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili. Un'esperienza di soggiorno davvero piacevole. Mi piacerebbe molto tornarci! Grazie!

Rigtig flot og stor lejlighed, som lå meget centralt. Virkelig en hyggelig placering, hvor man kan se kanalerne lige ude foran vinduerne. Det var lidt svært at finde derhen, men vi fik talt med Carlos i telefon da vi var ankommet som guides os det rigtige sted hen. Vi er ovenud tilfredse og kan klart anbefales det.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem bezaubernden Apartment am Lido. Die Lage ist großartig, ganz Nahe zur Vaporetto-Station und viele Restaurants und Cafés, zugleich ganz ruhig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Paare. Wir lieben den kleinen Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A szállás csodás volt. Minden helybe kb autóval 2 perc. Azt bántuk, hogy a környék nem túl barátságos. Így a kirándulásokon kívűl nem voltunk sehol.

A great flat for our two families! We had enough space for 4 adults and 2 Kids. Alvise and Maria were very friendly and welcoming and discreet. The place was clean and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen even with fresh and spare kitchen towels. It is a peaceful location, close to the sea and just a Vaporetto ride away from Venice.

Wir sagen herzlichen Dank an Carla und ihren Mann Danielle! Bereits im Vorfeld wurden wir über wichtige Dinge informiert (Vorbuchung von Eintrittskarten, da viele Touristen in der Karwoche in Venedig sind; Online-Antrag auf Befreiung vom Eintrittsgeld für die Stadt). Empfangen wurden wir mit einem herrlichen Obstkorb und einer Flasche Prosecco und Wasser. Die Fahrräder und die Terrasse konnten wir aufgrund des regnerischen, windigen Wetters leider nicht nutzen. Aber toll, dass die Möglichkeit besteht. Obwohl zentral gelegen ( 10 Minuten von der Vaporetto-Station, 2 Minuten zum Bus) genossen wir die Ruhe, den Blick in den Garten, die Kräuter aus dem Garten. Da Carla deutsch spricht, war jegliche Kommunikation persönlich oder per Handy unkompliziert. Sie hat immer sofort reagiert und nachgefragt. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben- nicht nur, weil die Sonne an unseren letzten beiden Tagen Venedig erstrahlte, sondern weil wir uns einfach sehr wohl gefühlt haben bei Carla und Danielle.

This is a great location - a little outside all the very crowded areas so you can have some peace and quiet at night, but not too far either. Very nice place to stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: a due passi dalla stazione, che permette di raggiungere Venezia in pochi minuti, senza stress e senza dover prendere l’auto. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e ben attrezzate, ideali per un soggiorno rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa a esplorare la città. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Nei dintorni ci sono diverse opzioni per mangiare, tra pizzerie, bar e ristoranti, rendendo ancora più comoda la permanenza. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, soprattutto considerando la vicinanza a Venezia. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel a chiunque voglia visitare la città senza rinunciare alla comodità e a un soggiorno piacevole!

Hossain fue muy amable y su departamento es muy lindo, amplio y limpio. Perfectamente ubicado en Mestre a sólo 15 minutos de la estación de tren. Excelente para evitar el ajetreo turístico de la isla de Venecia

Valeria und Paolo sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Schon vor der Reise haben sie uns gute Tipps gegeben. Sie waren jederzeit sofort erreichbar. Das Check-in war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Herrlich ist die Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer und um die Sonnenuntergänge zu geniessen. Die Wohnung ist an einem guten Ort, die Bushaltestelle ist praktisch vor der Haustür und der Bus fährt alle 20 Minuten. Die Möglichkeit am Strand, in der Natur und doch so schnell in der Altstadt von Venedig zu sein hat unserer Familie, mit Teenagern, sehr gefallen. Danke herzlich für die schöne Zeit in Alberoni.

Yes Luigi is a great host. Took good care of us, very communicative and nice. Communication with Luigi was easy and as constant as we needed until we arrived - and we always felt he was available if we'd had further problems, but we didn't. Luigi was smiling and waving as we arrived and wasted no time showing us to our high-ceiling, I agree the host Luigi is warm-hearted and welcoming. Hi tried to assure that all the facilities promised were provided. Luigi so kindly left a typical dinner and wine And the apartment is homey and is pretty good. And This is a fantastic location, A very spacious apartment, clean, quiet, a perfect bath, good kitchen, separate master bedroom and good location for anyone wanting to go to other places along with Venice and Verona. There is a bus stop nearby to take you to the train station, which you can carry everywhere and if traveling by automobile, is a perfect location, free parking on the street and always available. the apartment is 3 minutes from the highway. realities in a stasis ferfect to Venice and the most incredible compared to other, the cheap cost of your rental.
