Really nice stay and more than enough room for our family of five. The outside courtyard was a major bonus and we ended up having a really nice happy hour out there before heading out to dinner one night. Location was great! Close enough to walk to main attractions, yet quiet and safe at night. We had our favorite cafe experience right across the canal at Cafe Rosso. Stand at the cafe for a more local experience (and if you want to pay less. We learned at the end of our trip that you pay more for food if you sit at a table- rookie tourist mistake!)

I stayed at Giorgio’s place with my mom and we both absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, next to the water bus stop and it looked out over the water. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the mattresses in both bedrooms were very comfortable. The location is away from the busy tourist areas, and it was very peaceful to sleep at night. An added bonus was that each washroom had a dryer in it, and the washroom on the main floor had heated floors, which was lovely. Giorgio himself is an amazing host. He got in touch with me to make sure that I had instructions on how to get to his place and then very kindly met us in person at the water bus stop to take us to his place. The little touches were also very kind, including providing us with eggs, milk, and a bottle of Prosecco. He also kindly let us keep our suitcases a bit late until our water taxi came to pick us up. I cannot recommend Giorgio’s place enough. I will 100% try to stay here again if I am ever back in Venice.

Roberta a été très réactive pour trouver une solution d'accueil alors que nous sommes arrivés un peu tard. Le logement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme mais aussi proche des curiosités touristiques. Idéal pour notre famille.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It's spotlessly clean and has all mod cons you could hope for: hairdryer, WiFi, new TVs and a coffee machine. It's conveniently located close to the city's bus and rail stations, which was very helpful to us as we arrived after a late flight. We especially appreciated our hosts speedy response time and the excellent restaurant suggestions. Would recommend.

El barrio muy tranquilo pero a la vez llevo de restaurantes y terrazas donde comer un tomar un café. Queremos volver!!!

Super séjour chez Katja😊 La chambre et la salle de bain sont tres propres et pratiques. Nous pouvions allés à Venise très facilement avec le bus ou le tram (environ 20-30min) car l’arrêt est à 2min à pied. Le quartier est calme et l’arrivée au logement s’est faite très facilement. Les + sont les petits déjeuners le matin avec des petites attentions en plus pour Pâques.

Sur tout les points ! ✨ Idéalement situé, calme, bien isolé de tout bruit extérieur, literie impeccable et très confortable, propreté 100%, appartement fonctionnel 100%, hôte et organisation 100%. Mention spéciale pour le café/bar de quartier "Ozio" situé à deux pas du logement, sur la belle place Santa Maria Formosa, qui vous permez de prendre votre petit dej comme l'apéro le soir à deux pas "de la maison". Les hôtes très réactif et au top pour l'organisation de notre transfert depuis l'aéroport. Je n'ai rien à redire c'était absolument au top ! Merci car cela à contribué à ce que notre séjour soit super, nous serions bien rester éternellement et nous espérons revenir bientôt! A + ❤️

La casa está muy bien, las estancias son ligeramente mejorables, 2 de las 5 "habitaciones" no son habitaciones ya que son salas con sofacama, entra mucha luz y cuesta un poco dormir, el piano está desafinado y es uno de los encantos de la casa, como la cafetera que no funcionaba por desgracia, también he hechado en falta un microondas, a pesar de ello, la casa está muy bien, las camas son bastante cómodas y las zonas comunes tienen mucho espacio, además el dueño es súper agradable en todo momento y responde rápido. Sería bueno colocar trampas para insectos para evitar ciertas sorpresas desagradables.

Tout est beau et fonctionnel, tout est fait pour rendre notre séjour en Vénétie encore plus agréable, plein de petites attentions pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Dante se souciait que rien ne manquait.. on a beaucoup apprécié cette délicate attention. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes et loft bien situé pour rayonner. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Barbaras Wohnung. Barbara und ihre Familie sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Das Angebot Fahrräder für die Fahrt zum Hafen zu leihen war super für uns. Die Mischung von Stadt und gleichzeitig Ruhe in der Natur zu haben hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Trotz des mäßig schönen Wetters haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

We really enjoyed our stay in Spinea. We were in Padua, Trieste and Venice. The accomodation was perfect. Quite area, accomodation like description, spacious, very clean and with places for the car. Magdalena and Francesco are very nice hosts. They were every time willing to help us. For instance they offered us to wash our dirty laundry and they gave us more bath towels. It is also very well located to go to Venice. Venice is so wonderful (one needs almost three days to admire the splendour of the old town). By car or by bus 50 minutes from Spinea. We went by car. We went to the station (only 2,5 km from the accomodation). Lots of places to park the car at the station. Then we took the train to Santa Lucia (only 3 Euro a way online tickets, it takes only 15 minutes). That's it. As soon as you get out of the station Santa Lucia in Venice you have a view of the Canal Grande. It's amazing !!!

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser traumhaften Wohnung und habe jede Minute genossen - da es viel regnete, war es speziell wunderbar, in einer so einzigartig schönen, besonderen Wohnung zu sein! Die Ruhe, der Blick aus allen Fenstern und der Terrasse auf die Kanäle und Lagune war einzigartig - die Räume, die Farben des Bodens und der Wände und die ausgesuchten Materialien der Möbel war aussergewöhnlich und sehr gekonnt. Wir haben auch die Küche geliebt und das Geschirr, die Vasen, die Bücher - einfach alles. Diese Oase ist ein richtig schönes Erlebnis und hat gut getan: wir fühlten uns rundum wohl. Herzlichen Dank! Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und hoffen, dass es zeitlich passt!

Eine schöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer kleinen Terrasse. Die Wohnung lag an einem ruhigen Ort, so dass man abends auch lange auf der Terrasse sitzen konnte. Der Strand war in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen! Eine lange Strandpromenade mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt auch) konnte auch zu Fuß erreicht werden. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

BnB tenuto e gestito benissimo con l'host Erika ch'è super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ed esigenza.... (anche se abbiamo fatto il check-in fuori orario, era pure tardissimo, Lei era comunque lì ad aspettarci per darci il Tour della casa e come navigare in generale ).... se avete intenzione di passare una vacanza da quelle parti il BnB di Mario e Olga è il migliore sia per il paesaggio che per la casa stessa.... 5 stelle consigliatissimo.

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

We had a great time when we stayed here. It is very spacious. One of the reasons we chose this place is the great view from the kitchen/balcony. The only downfall was the weather was not cooperative for us to be able to use it. We still enjoyed our stay- close to attractions. Instructions were very clear with helpful pictures on how to locate the apartment. Thank you! The availability of a washer/drier was great too.

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

Gerne! Hier ist eine sehr positive Airbnb-Bewertung mit den gewünschten Punkten: --- Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Es war wirklich alles perfekt: Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hat, um den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet – ideal, wenn man gerne selbst kocht. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und ich habe dort super geschlafen! Außerdem gibt es richtig viel Platz und Stauraum, was vor allem bei einem längeren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach fantastisch . Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

It was amazing aparment and actually communication with Danielle also. Everything he shared in advance, he was fast responsive and helped when we needed. The apartment is on nice location, and I would say that is much bigger than it looks on photos. Everything was prepared for our arrival and it was super clean. Thank you so much and we will definitelly come again. I can suggest Danielle and his apartment to everyone else, it´s really nice place and host.

Ein wunderbares Apartment in einer perfekten Lage. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants,Supermarkt und Bars aber trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Frühstückskaffee (Goppion) direkt vor der Tür und zu empfehlen. Nach dem Tag in Vendig oder auf den wunderschönen Insel kamen wir mit Freude in das Apartment und konnten sofort abschalten. Die Dachterrassen sind einfach unglaublich und haben den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir haben diese gerne zum entspannen genutzt um den Tag zu beenden oder eine Pause vor dem Abendessen zu machen. Es ist alles blitzsauber und gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Elena ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Thank you 🙏

Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!
