Great place at Valeria's. It was located in a quiet place and not fat away from the beach! The place is well equipped and lots to do around. Recommend!

Fantastic accommodation with spectacular views of the lagoon of Capo Falcone. In 5 minutes on the beach with many possible activities. Simply fabulous with ample parking and a very well maintained terrain. Absolutely unique.

We felt very comfortable in Matteo's beautiful house. We were there with two families, had separate areas. The terrace is great! It had everything, we didn't miss anything. The house is in a private, guarded park. The park includes beautiful small beaches with impressive rocks. A small shop for everyday needs is also located in the park. To go out to eat or to shop bigger, you have to be mobile. There is no place within walking distance. Matteo was always available to answer any questions we might have via cell phone. He has made a great effort for our well-being and is very friendly. We are happy to recommend staying at his house!

The apartment is nice - we enjoyed the sunny terrace and the garden and also the very short distance to a very nice beach. Thanks for having us!

We really enjoyed the days at the house. Gianluca was always available for us. Thank you also for letting us into the house earlier. The rooms are rustic, but everything was cozy. We were happy to use the three terraces when the mosquitoes left us. In the fall, you should always have mosquito repellent with you.

We had a very nice stay. We particularly appreciated the quiet location and the beautiful garden. You could walk to the beach in a few minutes. Restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. Those who come for kitesurfing or wind/wings surfing have it very close to the corresponding spots. The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the area by rental car. You can easily park outside the house. Communication was flawless and very accommodating. We will come back very gladly!

We loved our stay at Federico’s flat! He was the perfect host — warm, friendly, and welcoming — and offered us everything we needed. We loved exploring the neighborhood, walking to the old city, and checking out nearby beaches. It was great that Federico recommended all of his favorite places and we could not be happier with our stay. We would love to return here one day!

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the beach and the entrance to the sea changes depending on the wind and weather. A cottage in a rural area, about 300-400 meters from the beach, to the town of Stintino 5-7 minutes by car. The cottage is as described, clean, well-equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed for cooking and eating. Large deck, outdoor shower very useful in nice weather. Great communication with the host and his family, we felt their care and kindness all the time. Thanks for a great holiday :)

Dream stay! Location in front of a turquoise sea, lush vegetation, impeccable accommodation, with all the required amenities and more! Maria-Lucia is a great host, very generous with her time and help! She responds quickly to requests, she takes pleasure in informing us of local activities to do: excursions, hikes, restaurants, beaches etc… We had the chance to spend a day at the beach with her and her friendly husband Gian Mario, a memorable moment with people with heart!🫶🏼 Thanks again for everything! The villa is fabulous for a family holiday, my husband and I stayed with my son, his wife and 14 month old baby, my daughter and her partner. The accommodation was just right, with on-suite bathrooms and the additional room for the baby with a cot provided. The accommodation and outside areas were so clean and tidy we had no concerns for our small grandson crawling around. There are two supermarkets within walking distance that provided everything we needed and Palau is a short walk to great restaurants, a small beach and harbor and a short ferry trip to the nearby island. Claudia and Pier were brilliant in providing a large playpen we requested for our grandson as he had become very mobile, which was so useful when we were out around the pool. Antonella who met us on check in was amazing, and so helpful for any questions we had and she helped us so much when my daughter was unwell. There's so much more I wish we could add to this review to say how much we recommend staying here. 10+

Fortunately, Jessica rented us the place at very short notice and allowed a check-in less than 10 minutes later and saved our day! We got an introduction and a lot of tips from her. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures and is so beautifully and warmly furnished that we really felt “Like @ Home.” The bathrooms are great, there are plenty of towels, even extra ones for the pool and beach. The kitchen is very well equipped! And there was nothing missing. The living room is so cozy! We had an all-around lovely stay and would have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately our flight left after 2 days. In summer, the outdoor area with the pools is certainly fantastic. The water was a bit cold now, but the children didn't mind. We recommend the place 100% and hope to return to beautiful Palau☺️

Really nice view and terrace. Perfect for 3-4 people Only drawback might be the music from the bar downstairs, but not really disturbing for sleeping.

We had a great week at Caterina's place. The view is amazing. The apartment was small but comfortable and efficient. Everything worked well. Caterina and her husband are very pleasant.

Great accommodation TOP location just a short walk from the beach, pine forest, and outdoor playground. The apartment was nice and clean. Parking was available right in front of the house, within the premises. Communication with Marco was excellent — he was always available and helped us even in difficult situations. He also allowed us a late check-out at 11:00. Thank you!

A beautiful and modernly furnished apartment in a residential complex. The apartment was equipped with everything necessary. And very clean. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Check-in was also hassle-free thanks to Antonella's good description in advance. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. The large beach is in 2 walking distance. Various shopping facilities are also just 10 minutes away by car.

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

The house is situated in a small vacation home settlement on a fenced property. During our stay it was absolutely quiet there and the view is fantastic. In the house itself, there is everything you need for the vacation. We felt very comfortable there and will definitely come back!

Easy to reach house with easy to reach shaded parking space, the house has a breathtaking view in a location that allows you to reach Castelsardo on foot without problems, the house is hospitable comfortable and very clean, white is a helpful and very kind host, I highly recommend it to everyone

The stay with Marie was great. The house and location corresponds exactly to the description and pictures. The house is fully equipped and very clean. Shopping is available in Stintino. Everything worked smoothly. Marie is always available and very helpful.

Villa Momo is a little paradise. The location is beautiful! Waking up every morning with such a beautiful view is a bit unreal. The cottage was very clean and practical. Luca and Chiara are warm and helpful people, who want the best for their guests. That gave the vacation that sparkle extra! Thank you for the beautiful days!

Very good hosting and very good responsiveness from Nando. Our stay, which was off-season, did not allow us to fully enjoy the area's attractions (direct beach access not possible, many tourist sites closed, etc.) but we were delighted with our stay.
