Tres Leches Zipolite Casita with Pool, Wifi #3

Adam's place is a gem. Really thoughtfully designed and appointed, and a perfect place to stay if you want to be a little away from the crowds. It's definitely a small hike if you're used to being on the beach, but it's a sanctuary once you're up there, super peaceful and beautiful. For me it's the perfect place to stay in Zip. The pool and outdoor shower are wonderful, and I had the good fortune of having the whole place to myself because of a cancelation. The caretaker Faustino is extremely skilled at his job, and each day my place was spotless and he had replenished things I used. Adam is a super prompt and clear communicator. Highly recommend. xx

This was a great stay to explore the area. Very peaceful and beautiful. It is rustic, like most things in the area, but that is part of what makes it perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Casa Dany

The flat is spotless and beautifully put together and the balcony is great to sit on . Beds are comfy and the shower has good pressure. Mrs Vicki acting on behalf of the host was super helpful with showing us where to park the car. A very short drive away on a side road or a 20 mins walk over the hill (walking slowly, don't judge!) there is Playa Estacahuite, one of the most beautiful and calm beaches with small friendly restaurants and good snorkelling.

Bungalow Canela (Working Space Startlink)

This is a great little spot in Zipolite! 5 or 10 minutes to the beach or downtown, with fantastic greenery all around, not over looked. Some people mentioned the climbing up to the house, unless you are disabled, it really is no big deal. I would not let the 70 steps put you off, this is how you get privacy, and tranquility. The place is brand new , although very basic it is sufficient. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this rental.
The interior features a sloped, wood-beamed ceiling with a thatched design. A spacious bed is draped with a colorful blanket, while a doorway opens to a balcony overlooking lush palm trees. A vibrant hammock is positioned beside the bed, enhancing the tranquil environment.

Zipolite house a 30-second walk to the beach

ClarkRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Kork is such a great host. He was always there to help with everything. His cabin was immaculate and beautiful. It seems recently built and is in great condition. It’s a very brief walk to the beach and main road in town. We would definitely return.

Akumal by Villa Blue Bay

StephenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We can’t say enough good things about our stay at Villa Blue Bay. From the moment we showed up at the gates we were greeted by the host, Alma, and immediately felt right at home on their lovely property. Our room was clean and roomy and led out to a lovely patio, just above an inviting pool that we enjoyed every day of our stay. The amazing property is about a 15 min walk into the beginning of Zipolite. It’s a nice town to explore and further up the road is the even livelier town of Mazunte. Both offer great beaches, beach side bar and grills, shopping and more. The vibe at Blue Bay is super chill and restful. The grounds and property are lovely and well looked after. New homes were in the process of being built while we were there but it really wasn’t disruptive and didn’t diminish our love for the place. There are some really amazing views from the property. My wife and I hope to return soon. We did not regret our choice to stay here and neither will you!
