My experience was more than excellent. I felt comfortable as if I were at home... a very safe neighborhood... your service was excellent, always ready for everything... for the first time I go to Loja, I take an excellent memory.

The stay with Jhuliana was magnificent, she was very attentive and kind, the place was spectacular, everything was clean and very nice, we felt right at home. We'd stay with her again whenever we visit Loja.

The place is amazing, in an ideal area to get to different parts of the city, close to places to shop and eat. The cozy house, feels like home, with the amenities detailed in the listing. Vinicio's unique attention and cordiality, always attentive to provide excellent service.

I like the bed, very comfortable and the layout was fine for are short stay. I didn't realize it was on the second floor with stairs. Over all very nice place.

I was alone for a short time, but overall the experience was good. The place is comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. As a recommendation, it would be good to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom. Other than that, everything was good. Thank you for the hospitality!

Beautiful house, very family-friendly, very clean and large, Bertha Alicia is very kind, she was always attentive, when we go to Loja we will go to Bertha Alicia's house.

Host was very puntual and kind. House was very spacious, a lot backyard space and the pool. We had a wonderful time with our family.

This is a great place to stay. The location is quiet, with hiking trails a block away and plenty of fresh air. It's also just a short walk to the bus stop. The apartment is very high quality, with hardwood floors, lots of natural light, a great kitchen, and good internet. The view is excellent and the hosts are very kind and attentive. The washer and dryer were very convenient. Overall it was a positive experience and I would stay there again if I ever come back to Loja.

The weekend was simply perfect. The house offered the necessary amenities to prepare our food, set up a family table and rest. Board games allowed to enjoy an entertaining family moment before sunset from the hammock, a magical moment. Outdoor hall and awnings allow you to enjoy outdoor food on a sunny day. We enjoyed touring the property, a delight for nature lovers. It was fascinating to see the cows grazing up close and discovering that they are planting native trees. The promenade by the river was very relaxing and unique. The restoration of this centuries-old house is admirable, they have achieved a cozy and comfortable atmosphere without losing its historical charm. Feel the warmth in every corner. We're grateful for this experience. The spacious parking lot was useful for the group. We highly recommend this place for a comforting getaway near Loja! We'll be back!

Very accurate accommodation, I asked Jorge to allow me to include two 3-year-old children in the reservation and very kindly indicate that there was no inconvenience, Carmita was very helpful and kind, she gave us the tour to the house and I provide the necessary information of it! The apartment is very nice and spacious, Luis was very friendly and was always available, the internet worked well. The apartment is located on an unpaved hill, which sometimes made access a little difficult, and the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator, but it is worth the price.

Highly recommended! The place is close to the historical center, there are restaurants in the area and a supermarket (Aki) is at walking distance. The apartment is spacious and very well-equipped. Everything is very comfortable and feels like home. The host is great, very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay there again!

Really nice, fully equipped apartment in a super convenient location. It has extremely comfortable beds, pillows, great kitchen, everything was extremely clean. The family is so nice and helpful, I very much appreciated all their help and friendliness. It is located in a great neighborhood, very convenient to walking anywhere I wanted to go, with a wonderful pop-up fresh food market in the park block next door on Sundays. I highly recommend this place!
