The caretakers are quite friendly, always attentive and ready to help. The place is really nice because of the landscapes and everything it has, you can see spectacular sunsets. The wifi signal is not so good, otherwise everything was excellent

Our stay was great. Luis was our main contact and responded very quickly. The house is fabulous in a very private and scenic setting. Gorgeous views from every window and the deck. The deck chairs etc were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we needed. The grounds are impeccable and very well maintained. The WIFI is adequate (7-9 mbps) but it works. The walk down to Vilcabamba center is at least 50 minutes and we always used a taxi to come back. If it is raining be sure to get a cab with four wheel drive which are plentiful. Luis also has a four wheel drive and offered to take us back and forth numerous times. The pool was spotless and really nice and we did not need to have it heated. Like most of Latin America there are 3-4 dogs on the property but for the most part they did not bark much. You are a little out of town but the privacy and views were exactly what we wanted. We loved this place and are already working on a return.

Host was very puntual and kind. House was very spacious, a lot backyard space and the pool. We had a wonderful time with our family.

The beautiful fifth, quite large, very comfortable, close to the village. Paola who is her host is too friendly, very attentive to every need of us, flexible with her schedules. A perfect place to enjoy with the family

Very accurate accommodation, I asked Jorge to allow me to include two 3-year-old children in the reservation and very kindly indicate that there was no inconvenience, Carmita was very helpful and kind, she gave us the tour to the house and I provide the necessary information of it! I made everything indicated in the listing, 🫶 my family was very happy with the selected accommodation, ✔️ without hesitation, I'll come back to Loja and contact you for an upcoming stay
