Daniel & Maria they were excellent host. And extremely easy to reach and quick to response no questions there. The apartment had an excellent view of the pool and beach. Had phenomenal views of everything. Pool was HUGE and there are two! Beach is rocky so wear water shoes. I’ll definitely go back!!

Edwin is the host with the most, Airbnb was listed as described and nailed it. Within walking distance of Boca Chica Bleach and restaurants, supermarket, colmado and varies business, because convenience is key. Only recommendation, blackout curtains for the morning when the sun stays to rise. Thanks for your hospitality.

Fernando’s place was amazing! It was all we needed to relax & have fun. Fernando was very responsive. The pools and the beach were our favorite spot. The view is great! Great restaurants right across the street. Grocery shopping is great with easy delivery or walkable food stores. We felt safe; there were friendly security personnel all around. There is a restaurant on the premises which was great for pool snack. Our 7, 14, & 17 year old daughters had a blast! We now have a place to come back to when visiting Juan Dolio. Thank you Fernando.

Excellent séjour. L’appartement correspond exactement à la description avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le gérant a été très réactif à chaque fois que nous en avons eu besoin. Les espaces communs (piscine, plage….) sont très bien entretenus. La sécurité est ultra présente sur le site. La seule difficulté est de devoir prévoir à l’avance les invités potentiels dont le nombre est très restreint et dont les identités doivent être envoyées par le gérant à la résidence ( cette difficulté est liée à la résidence et non au propriétaire ). Nous serions très heureux de relouer cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour !

El alojamiento era tal cual se mostraba y la zona una maravilla donde desconectar y relajarse unos días sin el estrés de la ciudad. El apartamento ofrece todo tipo de lujos y facilidades para el visitante y sin duda volveremos en el futuro ya que el mismo es tal cual se muestra en las fotos y la descripción. En cuanto a Jessica solo puedo agradecerle enormemente su atención y ayuda siempre que la necesitamos. Respuestas rápidas, voluntad de ayudar en todo momento y por si fuera poco se hizo cargo de un inconveniente ajeno a ella y nos dió la solución perfecta. Gracias de parte de toda la familia y volveremos en el futuro.

In our experience, this is the best airbnb available at this property. The space is very clean, elegant, and everything works. The host is refreshingly responsive and knowledgeable about technical components of the apartment - she helped resolve both an internet network issue and a challenge with the AC remotely, and quickly. We 100% recommend this spot!!!

Una estadía maravillosa! El lugar está muy cerca de la playa, lo que lo hace aún más perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. La casa es limpia, cómoda y tiene un ambiente muy agradable. Simón el señor que está en el edificio, súper amable; y Creivi de host siempre atenta y disponible. Ambos siempre disponibles para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Comodidades Modernas: Las instalaciones proporcionadas son modernas y estaban en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Desde los electrodomésticos y utensilios de la cocina hasta los dispositivos de entretenimiento, todo estaba en condiciones óptimas. Atención al Detalle: Se notó un cuidado especial en los detalles, desde la ropa de cama, servicios de limpieza, utensilios de cocina. Dawn’s property was beautiful, just as pictured. Specious rooms, well equipped condo, amenities all available. Dawn is an excellent host, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Love all the recommendations provided. Do not sleep on the beach massage, the lady was amazing. Would recommend staying here and would love to come back.

4 th time staying at this wonderful place. has updated appliances . air fryer. toaster . cooking stove was great. super comfortable beds. has all the utensils you would need to cook a great meal. wifi is excellent and the smart TV works great . bathrooms are updated and clean. the grounds are beautiful with great landscaping and the new pool is unbelievable. they did a great on the design. I love this place. fausto and Mildred are the best hosts . checked in often and I appreciate you guys and can't wait to come back again!! thanks guys

Stayed 28 Days at Deyaniras place. It was home away from home. She met us on our arrival and showed us around. The condo is very clean and well kept. You will find all that will need for your stay. I would highly recomend staying at this apartment . Restaurants ,beach ,minimarket are walkable and you wil not need a car.

Mariana was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and helped me with whatever I needed. The home was spectacular…the beauty just cannot be over stated. The complex is safe and I everyone was so nice. I would definitely stay there again!
