The location is much to be desired, just half block away from the powdery sand and blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Also two blocks away from the downtown where you can have a lot of choices for food, groceries, shopping, etc. These units are brand new and nicely appointed with anything you need from home.

Equipped with a kitchenette for basic meals, and a nice terrace with partial views to the Marina and the Bay. The entrance to the condo has an electronic door lock.
