Giorgio & Monica were the BEST! Monica met us upon arrival and gave much needed, clear instructions on her Air B n B. This included the homes amenities as well as the pool are. We were impressed with the spotless cleanliness of the home and grounds. We slept great and it was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this 5 Star location!

L alloggio è impeccabile: in un palazzo antico, completamente ristrutturato, con arredamento perfetto (anche quadri d’autore!) e fornito di tutto quel che può servire. Letti comodi per chi ama dormire sul duro come noi. Non essendoci né negozi né bar nel paese è stato molto utile trovare in cucina l’essenziale per fare colazione . Luogo molto tranquillo, su un poggio con una vista spettacolare. Questa posizione rende però indispensabile la macchina e il macinare molti km per visitare i dintorni e anche per uscire a cena (c’è un solo ristorante pizzeria)

Wir hatten für 14 Tage die Casa Pilar bei Staffollo im September/ Oktober mit vier Personen gemietet. Es war ein rundum sehr schöner gelungener Aufenthalt. Lisa und Christiano haben uns sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle Küchengeräte usw. vorhanden. Das ganze Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Hügellandschaft der Marken , liegt ruhig, aber nicht abseits. Wir waren viel mit den Rennrädern unterwegs, eine perfekte Gegend für Radtouren. Zum Meer ist es eine halbe Stunde Fahrt. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und nach einer Woche das gesamte Haus geputzt , neue Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. gewechselt. Der Billardtisch ist ein schöner Zeitvertreib für die Abende an denen es um diese Jahreszeit schon rel. früh dunkel wird. Zusammengefasst, ein sehr schöner Ort um entspannt seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Franca has set up a lovely home if you need a place to stay in this area. It is convenient to many places for day trips. There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a short walk. Franca has set up a large white board in the hallway for messages, and always responded right away.

Fantastische locatie in het laatste dorpje voordat je echt de bergen in gaat! En toch is de bewoonde wereld en de supermarkt nog geen 10 minuten rijden. Het huis was voor ons tweetjes ruim genoeg, eigenzinnig ingericht en comfortabel. Michele is een toffe host die op een aangename manier in de buurt is en rustig communiceert. We kregen verse eitjes en visstoof van hem en hij heeft ons een paar goeie tips over de omgeving gegeven. We hebben de jacuzzi niet gebruikt, maar de yoga-studio wel. Ook de dorpsbewoners - en dat zijn er niet veel - waren heel vriendelijk.

Wij hebben 2 heerlijke weken gehad in het huis van Domenico. Communicatie via berichten was snel en zorgvuldig. We hadden volledige vrijheid en privacy bij huis en tuin. Eigen ingang+ afgesloten parkeerplek in de tuin was fijn. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Zelfs wasmachine+ droogrek. Voldoende handdoeken, theedoeken, schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel etc. Top verzorging! Sfeer in huis is ook heel fijn. Balkon met geweldig uitzicht. Alleen daarvoor al komen we graag terug! Verder is het dorp heel leuk: op loopafstand bakker, bar en supermarktje en vriendelijke mensen. Zelfs een klein marktje op donderdagmorgen! En we hebben heerlijk gegeten bij La Grotta del Frate, een aanrader!! Vanaf Staffolo veel mogelijkheden om de streek te ontdekken. Enige minpunt was het bed, helaas! Erg hard+ kraakte en piepte heel erg. We zijn niet gewend om op stalen bedframe met harde plank en minder dikke matras te liggen. We zagen in de reviews niet vaak opmerkingen hierover. Toch wel belangrijk!

Ottimo appartamento situato proprio in centro davanti a teatro Pergolesi. Lo stabile presenta l’ascensore, l’appartamento si trova al 2* piano, perfettamente pulito e ordinato. Completo di tutto, piatti posate pentole, lavatrice e anche ferro da stiro utile. Letto matrimoniale comodo! Comunicazione con l’host veloce e semplice, Anna Lisa è una ragazza giovane ed è stata molto gentile e amichevole nell’accoglierci (indicazioni chiare sul punto di incontro) e ci ha scritto anche qualche posto dove poter andare a mangiare in zona. Se si arriva con la macchina c’è un grosso parcheggio gratuito appena fuori le mura (noi l’abbiamo trovato sempre libero), a 5-6 minuti a piedi in salita (per cui con tante valigie necessari due viaggi) oppure anche parcheggio free del supermercato poco distante. Dall’appartamento facilissimo girare Jesi a piedi e ottimo punto per esplorare il Conero e le Marche.
