Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Nicolò

Esperienza positivissima. L'appartamento è comodissimo, ci si dimentica l'auto! Posto tranquillo, frequentato per lo più da famiglie, immerso nel verde. Con una comoda passeggiata attraverso una pineta si arriva alla spiaggia dove c'è un mare cristallino. Compreso nel costo dell'appartamento si ha diritto ad un ombrellone e due sdraio sia al mare che in piscina. Presenti due piscine molto pulite, una con scivolo d'acqua, i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo e si possono muovere tranquillamente da soli all'interno della struttura. Abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con i cuscini che erano veramente bassi e troppo morbidi e prontamente ce ne sono stati forniti altri comodissimi. Tutto perfetto, la casa è dotata di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno e anche di più! C'è anche la lavastoviglie che in vacanza dà una grossa mano! Consigliatissimo

Great apartment, two large bedrooms with large beds. The balcony opens on three sides, access to the balcony from all rooms and the kitchen. It 's clean and there 's everything you need . The sea is 200 m away, a great beach. Restaurants on the shore. Everything is great! I recommend it!

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Ich kann mich den vorherigen Gästen nur anschließen. Sash ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Innerhalb weniger Minuten wurden Fragen die man hatte beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Nicht besonders groß aber für uns 3 absolut ausreichend. Sie ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die große Kühl- Gefrierkombination ist prima und die zwei Klimaanlagen waren Gold wert bei dem heißen Wetter. Wir konnten an dem schönen, großen und modernen Fernseher Netflix und Disney+ mit unserem TV Stick von zu Hause problemlos schauen. Das wlan funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Auto konnte auf der Anlage geparkt werden. In die schöne Stadt Pizzo ist man in 15 Minuten gelaufen. Man muss allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, denn der Weg ist wirklich steil. Leider muss man teilweise an der Straße entlang laufen da es keine richtigen Gehwege gibt. Bergauf in die Wohnung verlangt einem einiges ab. Wir sind dann öfters mit einem Rikscha aus der Stadt hochgefahren.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans l’appartement et la résidence. La piscine, grande et belle, était à deux pas de notre logement. La résidence est magnifiquement bien entretenue par Carmelo et Maria, sa femme. Les deux deux sont très sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin. Bert et sa femme ont été d’excellents conseils pour les plages, parkings et restaurants à proximité du logement. Ils ont également été très réactifs lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

La mansarda di Giorgio è troppo graziosa e comoda. Giorgio è stato un host gentilissimo che ci ha deliziato con ogni tipo di primizie locali come fichi d'india, fichi dolcissimi, prugne ed uvetta. Bella la location immersa in un panorama ampio e ricchissimo di verde.

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

We had a wonderful stay. Alex was super helpful with everything and prepared all infos necessary and was always available and great speaking with. The house, location and surroundings are fantastic , the recommendated restaurants and beaches fantastic. Been there with 2 small children and will visit again 100%

Da Alex e Bua ci siamo sentite subito a casa. Abbiamo conosciuto anche altri ospiti che sono diventati poi amici. Ci siamo godute il soggiorno in questa meravigliosa villa immersa nel verde, trascorrendo alcune giornate nella bellissima piscina a sfioro davanti a un panorama mozzafiato, scorgendo le Eolie e ammirando i tramonti su Stromboli. Un’esperienza a tutto tondo che ci porteremo nel cuore. Ancora grazie!

Casa in posizione perfetta per visitare i dintorni Tropea, Parghelia, Ricadi... E poi vicina a spiagge stupende raggiungibili a piedi in 10-15 minuti. La Sig. Ra Rosy in loco è stata disponibile e molto gentile, la comunicazione con Alex perfetta. Purtroppo considerato il caldo la terrazza al piano superiore non è stata molto sfruttabile e non è comodissimo l'accesso viste le scale interne. Tutto corrisponde a quanto descritto comodo avere un servizio per piano. Siamo stati bene!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in uno degli appartamenti di fortunato, uno al primo piano con terrazza sulla quale abbiamo ammirato il mare ogni giorno. L' intera villa è ben curata nella pulizia, nel giardino e negli spazi comuni. la posizione è ottima vicinissima alla spiaggia privata con ombrellone e sdraio compresa nel prezzo ed ottima anche per visitare i dintorni. I servizi come bancomat, poste, supermercati ecc sono a pochi minuti di macchina. I mobili dell appartamento sono un po' datati ma comunque in buonissimo stato e funzionali. La villa è gestita da fortunato e la sua famiglia e tutti si danno da fare per fare in modo che gli ospiti stiano bene durante il soggiorno, sono cordiali disponibili e alla mano.. sono sempre pronti a consigliare qualora gli venga richiesto. Noi siamo stati benissimo.

Everything is amazing about this house. The view, swimming pool, summer kitchen, TV room, many bedrooms and many things more. It is very comfortable and you can spend the whole day in the house not going anywhere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would love to spend nice holidays with their family. It is located in Coccorino village in Calabria region. You definitely need a car there. Beaches are nice around, we liked more the one in Tropea which I think is the nicest town around (about 30 min drive). After visiting all towns in the area we ended up going only to Tropea for the evening dinner, walking around and to the beach during the day. Other towns are maybe more boring and in Coccorino itself there is nothing to do at all. We also visited Sicily it not that far, the only problems with ferries, it is very confusing as everything else in Italy we ended up waiting in line to ferry (San Giovanni-Messina) to Sicily for almost two hours. Maybe there is another way to get there. In the whole I liked staying in this region even more than staying later in Amalfi coast, especially for the family vacation.

L' appartamento si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo, a due passi dalla spiaggia. Ci sono tutti i comfort. È di recente costruzione e lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito e corrispondente all' annuncio. Molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno per colazioni e pranzi con il sottofondo delle onde e le operazioni di disbrigo. A pochi minuti di auto si può raggiungere il centro di Pizzo oppure vari ristoranti e supermercati. Un ringraziamento particolare a Denis: attento, presente ma mai invasivo. Apprezzato la flessibilità di orario per le procedure di check in e check out, per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Sono stato due settimane con famiglia (con due bambini piccoli). Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa. Super consigliato

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

J’ai passé un super séjour inoubliable avec mes deux filles . Le logement disposait de tout ce qu’il fallait mais surtout la résidence possède une plage privée qui est juste magique un petit coin de paradis . Il faut traverser une petite forêt très sympathique pour s’y rendre . La piscine est très propre et spacieuse . Merci on va garder un super souvenir de cet endroit . ♥️♥️♥️
