Very positive experience. The apartment is very comfortable, you forget about the car! Quiet place, frequented mostly by families, surrounded by greenery. With a comfortable walk through a pine forest you reach the beach where there is a crystal clear sea. Included in the cost of the apartment you are entitled to an umbrella and two deck chairs both by the sea and in the pool. There are two very clean pools, one with a water slide, the children had a lot of fun and can move quietly on their own inside the property. We had an inconvenience with the pillows that were really low and too soft and others were promptly provided very comfortable. Everything is perfect, the house is equipped with everything you may need and even more! There is also a dishwasher that gives a big hand on vacation! Highly recommended

Great apartment, two large bedrooms with large beds. The balcony opens on three sides, access to the balcony from all rooms and the kitchen. It 's clean and there 's everything you need . The sea is 200 m away, a great beach. Restaurants on the shore. Everything is great! I recommend it!

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

We had a great stay at Sahs’ place in Pizzo. The appartment is in the upper part of the town. The highlight is its big terrace with amazing views of the sea, including the sunset every evening. It was big enough for a family with two kids. All the furniture seemed pretty new and good quality. Communication was always easy and we had no problem when we asked for an early check in and late check out. They even organised the taxi to pick us up at the Pizzo station. We didn’t have a car but didn’t have any issues in walking to the Center and shops (10-15 mins) or to the beach (20 mins), be prepared for the slopes, but it was a good exercise to walk back every day. The apartment also has access to a shared pool, which kids enjoyed a lot. Finally we had a bottle of wine waiting for us as a welcome gift. We recommend this appartment.

We had a wonderful week in the apartment and residence. The pool, large and beautiful, was a short walk to our place. The residence is beautifully maintained by Carmelo and his wife Maria. Both are very friendly and available if needed. Bert and his wife were great tips for beaches, parking lots, and restaurants close to the property. They were also very responsive when we had any questions. We highly recommend this listing.

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

We had a wonderful stay. Alex was super helpful with everything and prepared all infos necessary and was always available and great speaking with. The house, location and surroundings are fantastic , the recommendated restaurants and beaches fantastic. Been there with 2 small children and will visit again 100%

We immediately felt at home with Alex and Bua. We also met other guests who later became friends. We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful villa surrounded by greenery, spending a few days in the beautiful infinity pool in front of a breathtaking view, catching sight of the Aeolian Islands and admiring the sunsets over Stromboli. An all-round experience that we will carry in our hearts. Thanks again!

House in a perfect location to visit the surrounding area Tropea, Parghelia, Ricadi... And then close to beautiful beaches within walking distance in 10-15 minutes. Ms. Rosy onsite was helpful and very kind, communication with Alex was perfect. Unfortunately, considering the heat, the upstairs terrace was not very usable and access is not very comfortable given the internal stairs. Everything corresponds to what is described, convenient to have a service per floor. We had a good time!

My husband and I stayed for a week in one of the lucky apartments, one on the first floor with a terrace on which we admire the sea every day. The entire villa is well cared for in cleanliness, in the garden and in common spaces. The location is great, very close to the private beach with umbrella and deckchair included in the price and also great for visiting nearby places. Services such as ATMs, post offices, supermarkets etc. are only minutes away by car. The furniture in the apartment is a little dated but still in great condition and functional. The villa is managed by lucky and his family and everyone is busy to make sure guests are well during their stay, they are friendly and helpful... they are always ready to recommend if requested. We had a great time.

Everything is amazing about this house. The view, swimming pool, summer kitchen, TV room, many bedrooms and many things more. It is very comfortable and you can spend the whole day in the house not going anywhere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would love to spend nice holidays with their family. It is located in Coccorino village in Calabria region. You definitely need a car there. Beaches are nice around, we liked more the one in Tropea which I think is the nicest town around (about 30 min drive). After visiting all towns in the area we ended up going only to Tropea for the evening dinner, walking around and to the beach during the day. Other towns are maybe more boring and in Coccorino itself there is nothing to do at all. We also visited Sicily it not that far, the only problems with ferries, it is very confusing as everything else in Italy we ended up waiting in line to ferry (San Giovanni-Messina) to Sicily for almost two hours. Maybe there is another way to get there. In the whole I liked staying in this region even more than staying later in Amalfi coast, especially for the family vacation.

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. There's all the comforts. It's newly built and we found it very clean and matching the listing. The outdoor space for breakfasts and lunches with the background of the waves and the operation. A few minutes by car you can reach the center of Pizzo or various restaurants and supermarkets. Special thanks to Denis: attentive, present but never invasive. Appreciate the flexibility of time for check-in and check-out procedures, to meet our needs. I spent two weeks with family (with two small children). We had a wonderful vacation. Super recommended

Such a wonderful location with stunning views away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Tropea by car. Parghelia itself is a charming little town with restaurants and small shops to get what you need. The pool and grounds were perfectly looked after and the apartment was comfortable with everything we needed to look after ourselves. Outdoor private area and terrace were just perfect. We loved i and would love to come again....

Choosing to stay here was the right choice for me, and I had a wonderful and comfortable time here!Thank you Marenya, the host for being so enthusiastic and helpful and caring for me as her family.When I first arrived, I sent a drop-off address and Marenya immediately showed up right in front of me.Car me to the accommodation, she was very skilled and showed me around the house and taught me how to use the supplies.The room is unexpectedly beautiful, very neat and clean. I especially like the decoration of the home. It's so much better than the photos!The bed is large and comfortable, the living room is beautiful, the kitchen is fully equipped... After that, Manreya took me to the supermarket to buy food for the next few days, Marenya was very fun and I loved her personality!He also introduced me to a lot of delicious food in Italy, and bought me food and water.☺️ When I found out I forgot to buy Italian sauce, Marenya bought two bottles and delivered two bottles to the room the next day. She prepared a lot of drinks in the refrigerator, which was very touching!Such an experience.❤️❤️❤️

I had a great and unforgettable stay with my two daughters . The accommodation had everything it needed but above all the residence has a private beach which is just magical a little piece of paradise . You have to cross a very nice little forest to get there. The pool is very clean and spacious . Thank you, we will keep a great memory of this place . ♥️♥️♥️
