The place is excellently located to get to the airport without any problems. Omar is very friendly. The colony is very safe. The only thing to consider is that there is no mini-split in the area where the bunk bed is located, although there is a good fan; and that the Internet is very slow.

Recommended. Mariana gives good options to visit the city and has transport prior reservation.

A small but quite cozy place. It covers the basic needs for accommodation, the air conditioning works very well and the whole place looks in good condition.

I loved the place. Very nice neighborhood, adequate and very clean space. It has games and a nice terrace if you want to spend a pleasant evening. We were going to an event in Cumbres García, so the location was perfect for us, so we didn't have to move around so much. Sara was always attentive and welcomed and said goodbye to us at the time. We were very pleased.

José was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Communication was smooth from the start, and entry to the property was hassle-free. He even arranged a car for my airport transfer, which was a huge help. The room and attached bathroom are small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler—clean, comfortable, and just what I needed. No complaints at all. Great value and excellent hosting. Highly recommended!

I traveled to Monterey, Nuevo León for a music festival and found this place which was absolutely beautiful!!! The pool and the view was 100% worth what I paid! The host was very helpful and responsive. The place was clean, private and quiet. If I ever travel to Monterey again, I will definitely be staying here!!
