This was my second time at this place and I would definitely come back every time I visit the city. The apartment was spotless, very clean and had all the elements described in the profile. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a nice welcome note written by the host, which made the beginning of our stay very special. The host was always very attentive, responded quickly to our inquiries and had gestures that make a difference, such as leaving extra blankets and pillows. Even its plants, which are natural, come with recommendations for their care, which gives a very cozy and homey air to the place. The view from the apartment is spectacular: you can see the whole city and enjoy colorful sunsets. The location is excellent, very central, close to supermarkets, the municipal market and restaurants. In addition, the area is quiet and safe. The apartment is warm, comfortable and has an excellent internet connection. You can really tell

Excellent accommodation, beautiful view, very well equipped and comfortable house. While it is true that the last 100 meters are not easily accessible without 4x4, you can make that short walk. Highly recommended.

The place is indeed in a very nice natural setting, with a plot that can be explored with native trees, a very quiet space; there is a neighbor's house that is close but everything around without more houses, a very secluded space. The house is very cozy, equipped with everything you need, it is 10 minutes from the beach by car, the road was in good condition. There was an issue with the sheets but it was quickly resolved, I recommend it and I would come back.

Being in Sergio's cabin brought me back into contact with nature. Being a very simple space, the landscape and tranquility is really a paradise. If you want to rest, see the trees and colors of the sky, listen to nature and see the sunset in warm water, this is the place. For me, it's a paradise. I hope to return very soon for more days. They even gave me a bottle of excellent local wine. Thanks Sergio and Don Sergio, you were super kind and caring!

We were greeted by Gonzalo's mother, Monica, who was super friendly and clear with the directions and very attentive to any questions. She also took us back to the main road, since it's about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. The shower only lacked pressure for the hot water, but it's because the water comes from the waterfall and in those cases you should talk to the host to see about the water pump. Everything else was impeccable, to make a barbecue and food in the kitchen, it has a small refrigerator to bring some food since the nearby businesses and restaurant are somewhat expensive.

We went for 3 nights with my wife, baby and dog. We loved the place. Very close to the main area of Las Trancas, but far enough to only hear nature :). Everything is very clean, the pool was perfect for the heat wave we were in. We recommend this place!
