The place is quiet and safe. It's close to shopping, bars, and restaurants in Yerba Buena. Marivi was very friendly and helpful. The house is super nice and comfortable, for the number of people indicated.

The stay was very good, we liked the house, spacious and comfortable, super clean, although it is an area with a lot of traffic in commercial schedules you can rest perfect. The communication was very good and we were quick to figure out some little details that we had. Having large environments we had a super comfortable time and rest very well. Keep in mind if you are going with a vehicle it is difficult to park on the street, we were still able to park but there are trapitos and sometimes you have to go around several times. There are also paid parking lots but not so comfortable. In short with minimal nuances but it was VERY GOOD, super recommended to stay in this house.

Viviana's apartment is beautiful. It is conveniently located, in a safe area and close to everything for walking. The apartment inside is comfortable and the mattress and towels are top quality. The kitchen is very well equipped and has very kind touches such as leaving basic things to cook and have (mineral water, salt, oil, tea, coffee), no small details because when you go for a weekend it is really comfortable to have those basic elements. In addition, she welcomed us with some delicious regional sweets. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

A lovely flat with an amazing view. Close to the centre but quiet. The flat was spotless and very well equipped. Excellent mattress and bedding. Kevin and Ana could have been better and more attentive hosts. They allowed me to check in early and were available to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this place if you’re going to Tucuman.

Excellent location, close to evrything. Building had nice amenities pool/gym/work space. The main door was controlled by security, we felt really safe. Maria & Gabriel were really nice and accommodating.

It is very well equipped, located on an avenue with business nearby, the building is very safe with the garage for the van, the people who live in the building are very quiet. There are no noise outside of hours to rest well in general lines, it is what you see on the page and what we needed. And the antenna in charge of Don Alberto, very very, always friendly and friendly, especially the punctuality to find us, to give us the keys to enter the apartment, as when we had to return the keys to it. A punctual genius of those who have few left. I would rent the apartment again at another time without hesitation.
