Excellent location, cafes and supermarkets nearby, it is a small but complete space, with a bathroom and 2 bedrooms, it has a garage which is very useful in Tucuman, Daniel and his wife are always attentive. We'll be back. Thank you very much

Our stay was very good in the apartment. It is as shown in the photos, the area is close to everything, you can walk to restaurants, ice cream shops, parks, etc.

Beautiful studio to spend a couple of days in Tucuman as a couple. 10 minutes from downtown Yerba Buena. With all the amenities, security, garage. Highly recommended. Alberto and Andrea are 10-point hosts.

We had an excellent stay, the place had everything you need and was just as described. The location is to stand out. We had lots of options nearby. the place is excellent. Not only it is safe but also it is located in the North of the City where the criminality is nil. The pictures portrait in the web site are exactly as it is. The building caretaker is eager to help with precise advice and accurate recommendations. The a/c works perfectly. I strongly recommend the location for a couple. I enjoyed it for two weeks.

I had a very good experience, the service was excellent, the apartment is comfortable and I will definitely be back. As constructive criticism, the only thing they need to improve is the cleanliness (especially on the floors and refrigerator) and improve the amenities in the bathroom and kitchen with toiletries and cleaning products.
