The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The building is super safe and the location is excellent, with a charming coffee shop on the corner, which offers impeccable service. It is about a 20-minute walk from the main squares and sights. We received food orders by app without any problems, the delivery was made directly at the reception, which was very practical. Communication with Lorel was great from start to finish, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is well-equipped and ideal for two people. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it

Yessika's apartment was very comfortable and spacious, even better than the photos. The location is excellent, very close to the subway and surrounded by good commercial premises such as a supermarket and business. Jessica was always very helpful and quick to respond, which made the stay even more enjoyable. 100% recommended!

I had an amazing stay at Loreto’s apartment in San Joaquin. Loreto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to reply to any concern I might have. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space itself was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Working in Las Condes, the metro station being a stone’s throw away was very helpful and connected me to the rest of the city. Loreto provided great recommendations for services nearby and the apartment itself had everything you might need, like an actual home. If I’m ever in Santiago again, I would return to Loreto’s apartment in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anybody.

Luisa was very nice. She was attentive to us throughout our stay, with recommendations and instructions for taking transportation. The bed is very comfortable! It has many blankets in case the temperature drops. The sofa bed is not so comfortable, I would not recommend sleeping there. The space looks small but it's very comfortable.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with hot water. Very close to Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets nearby.

My stay was simply perfect! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: new, well decorated, very clean and comfortable. The check-in was super smooth, without any difficulties, and the host was always available and attentive throughout the stay. The street where the apartment is located is quieter, without much nightlife, but with several options nearby, which was great for resting and, at the same time, having easy access to bars and restaurants. I highly recommend it, and if I return to Chile, I would definitely stay again! I want to come back in the summer to enjoy the terrace. Thank you Felipe!

My friend and I came from Brazil to attend the Herbalife Nutrition Congress at the Movistar Arena. Very close to the Movistar Arena, a 10-minute walk from the apartment to the Arena. The full kitchen had everything we needed: stove, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, heating, bed with heating, warm shower, TV, everything clean, perfect dishes, coffee, cooking oil, salt, tea, seasoning, sugar, salt, new pots and pans, fragrant bed linen, sofa, everything perfect, view of the mountain ranges, view of Arena Movistar, close to the supermarket. Quick support and service, everything perfect! Gratitude!

Beautiful well-equipped apartment for 6 in a city building. The bedding is impeccable and the decor is neat which is rare here. The view is beautiful and the neighborhood is relatively quiet with regard to this megapole.

My stay with my wife was amazing! Francisco is an excellent host, he welcomed us very well, gave us all the necessary instructions before and during the stay, left alfajores, coffee capsules and other treats that make a lot of difference in a reception that was mega welcoming! The apartment is super functional, fully equipped, clean, organized, close to good markets and 2 subway stations. The day I return to Santiago I definitely want to stay again and will recommend it to everyone who goes there one day too!
