The penthouse has a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding greenery, it is part of a villa on 3 levels, close to Rodi, Peschici, and Foresta Umbra. Air conditioning in both the bedrooms and the living room, there is a brand new bathroom, a maximum of 8 beds and a large terrace. A car is necessary due to the presence of a steep climb on the way back from the promenade, which is 900 meters away, but on the other hand the setting offers a lot of tranquility and greenery.
