La estancia en el departamento fue durante dos meses y tanto la atención de Estefani y Diego fue increíble. El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, es muy acogedor y con una buena vista a la ciudad de Lima, hay mucha seguridad. Definitivamente volveríamos a este alojamiento

El departamento de Sonia era realmente hermoso: nos recibieron de manera muy amable, el lugar estaba limpio y tal como se muestra en las fotos. Sonia siempre respondió de forma rápida y cordial, y se preocupó en todo momento por saber si todo estaba bien. El distrito es seguro, hay muchos cafés y restaurantes, e incluso se puede ver el mar desde el departamento. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente!

Ivan’s apartment was just as described. It was just right for our needs, it was walkable and everything was no more than a few blocks walk. The apartment is on the 12th floor of the building and during our stay there was a fire alarm that went on for about 15 mins causing us to exit the apartment via the stairs. The apartment had a comfortable bed and was just as described. I didn’t use the amenities. There was always a guard/attendant at the front desk.

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

Juan was a really great host and accomodating. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for a couple weeks. The area is safe and Plaza Norte is a 15 minute walk, the bed is super comfortable, internet is pretty reliable and fast, the gym is dope, the desk and chair are comfortable, the kitchen is solid, the shower has hot water and the toilet has a nice flush. For the price its well worth it. There's some dog barking outside and the couch smells a bit like dog pee so I covered it with a blanket to mask it a bit. Otherwise, I have no complaints really!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Antonio hosts a super nice apartment, very nicely furnished living room, spacious master bath, everything in top condition. The building has 24 hr portaria, and is located at a green plaza. I will be back soon.

Gabriel has been extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. He provided my partner and I a wonderful experience in Lima. Will highly recommend using his services again!

Excelente lugar, cerca de todo pero a la vez bastante tranquilo

Я много путешествую и проживала в разных местах и условиях. Но этот необыкновенный дом, с его волшебной энергетикой просто покорил мое сердце. Здесь идеально всё! Я счастливо прожила здесь 5 чудесных недель. Спокойный, очень красивый и безопасный район. Рядом небольшой парк. Напротив дома маркет со всем необходимым. Также в пешей доступности кафе, рестораны, пекарни. До центра со всеми активностями и центрального парка Марафлорес 10 минут пешком. Сам дом - это творческое пространство художника, с аутентичной атмосферой и уникальными предметами искусства из доколумбовой эпохи и великолепными картинами мастера. Каждый уголок в доме - это шедевр! Все продумано с любовью и до мелочей. Мансандра мое любимое место. В этой креативной обстановке новые идеи и вдохновения для моей работы текли ручьем. Дом просторный, кровать большая и удобная, вайфай хороший. Благодарю от всей души Madeleine, она потрясающая хозяйка! Добрая и позитивная. Советую на все 100% и обязательно вернусь еще!!

Cómo se esperaba, este lugar fue tal y como la primera vez que lo rentamos todo impecable con un servicio top. La ubicación es espléndida para salir a caminar visitar algún restaurante una compra rápida o incluso acercarnos al mar. La atención de María es excelente, regresaremos pronto sin duda

Great host.Response in few minutes , very flexible and kind. Very pleased and comfortable with the house , has everything we needed as a family . Also stores and mini markets , restaurants , bakery and licor store are in the same block and street very well knows as the mini boulevard.100% recommended .

Muy buena comunicación con Jareck, la casa muy bonita, la distracción del lugar una tortuga que le podías dar de comer 🐢 Muy tranquila la zona y bien vigilada. La piscina no es tan grande pero si son entre 5-6 personas normal y muy favorable si hay niños pequeños porque tiene niveles. Un poco de potencia a las hornillas de la cocina había una que no funcionaba. Por lo demás todo limpio, seguro y muy espacioso. Definitivamente volvería para ver a la Tortuga 🐢

The apartment is top-notch. The A/C is what made a huge difference as it is the only way to control mold/must in humid Lima. It is very well supplied with appliances and basic kitchen spices, coffee, sugar, etc. The view out all windows is beautiful. The location is convenient to all tourist places (some on foot and others via taxi). Lots of great restaurants nearby and a small market next door. All concierges were very polite and helpful. I will definitely book this place again.

Perfect for our short stay in lima. Great location!
