Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Luis

If you have doubts like I did because it's new and has few comments, don't worry, everything is better than expected and deserves more than 5 stars. You'll be hard-pressed to find something similar or better. The host answers all questions instantly, the place is the same or better than the photos (you see the sea from all sides and hear the waves from the rooms). Super bright. Nice views everywhere. Spacious balcony. Fully equipped to move in. The apartment, sheets, towels, super clean. There was only a slight musty smell when we entered, but with ventilation the next day it was solved. The building workers are helpful! The building has 2 entrances by stairs, and the slope by the garage otherwise. It has 2 large elevators. It is in front of the beach (and there are chairs and umbrellas for rent), and if you don't walk you can reach another one on the brava, and the mansa. There's a restaurant downstairs. It's 2 blocks from the bus station and a supermarket. 1 from the shopping mall. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice place to stay in Punta. The electricity bill was a little overpriced but overall is a great stay!

We had an amazing stay! Vladimir is super attentive and kind. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and more. The amenities are divine! The terrace has a spectacular view and the apartment's deck overlooks the pool and a beautiful garden. We had a wedding at the Serena, so it was an unbeatable location for us. We left planning our return!!

Property: It is located in a very nice area, a short distance from the beach, safe environment, inside the apartment is well cared for, spacious, bright and clean, with excellent views, the terrace with a large grill and appropriate furniture, the views from there are incredible and the tranquility of the entire area make it really feel good, as in our own home. it is to highlight the self check-in, both to the underground parking lot, and by the goal , always attentive and available.

Everything was perfect, it's exactly as described. The only drawback is the WiFi, which is not the best but it works. Everything else, very grateful and I would definitely come back. Thank you very much!

The apartment is much better than the pictures show. The host and his wife were waiting for us and were very kind to show us the apartment, which is well equipped. Special highlight for crockery, cups (water, whisky), crystal glasses (wine, champagne) and tablecloths new and in sufficient quantity to welcome friends for lunch, dinner or happy hour. Ample, with great division and a beautiful view of the sea, as it is on the 11th floor. Traditional building, with excellent maintenance of the common areas, good location, with bakery and coffee next door and supermarket two blocks away. Staff of the helpful building, polite.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Piriapolis, without a doubt Luis's accommodation is the one indicated, for convenience, both in the space and in the location. Luis and Ricardo (their father) some geniuses, I had a problem with the app and they waited for me until I was able to fix it to make the reservation. The place is identical to the pictures!!! The grillero is excellent, the rooms are super spacious and the living room is excellent. Undoubtedly on the next vacation we will come back to stay with Luis.

Marcos was very helpful at all times, as was his sister when we left. The house is just like the photos and really very comfortable to spend a few days with family and friends! Very well located apartment, close to the main points of interest, very comfortable, great bed, very clean and smelling. Well equipped kitchen, good shower, super comfortable room. Place to feel at home. Unico incoviniente was the somewhat cramped box.

The apartment is very nice and the location is excellent, steps from the beach. It is very well equipped and the fact that it includes daily cleaning is a plus. But what really takes your breath away is the view, it's unbeatable. It's definitely one of the best views you can imagine. As shown in the photos, the super comfortable place, with every detail in mind, everything you needed was there. Excellent hygiene, everything in excellent condition, the professionalism with which they want to welcome tourists is perceived. Communication was fluid, everything described was in the depto.
