La cabaña cuenta con todo lo necesario para tres personas. Es una zona muy tranquila y a pocos kms. se puede visitar Potrero de los Funes, Embalse La Florida, La Carolina con su antigua mina de oro, IntiHuasi, la gruta de los primeros pobladores , los Ayampitin. Enfrente de la cabaña, a pocos metros se encuentra la subida al Dique Esteban Agüero.Lugar de pesca y también pequeña playa si el embalse no está muy alto.
