Excellent, super attentive host great communication, very quiet neighborhood super close to everything

It is a spacious apartment. My trip was with my family. The place has several bathrooms, which makes the internal logistics of the trip more pleasant. The rooms are very spacious and cool. Additionally, an excellently equipped kitchen, with everything a family may need and much more, social spaces to rest after arriving from exploring the surroundings. I would definitely come back.

We were changed to a bigger apartment, so my opinion is just for the few minutes we were on this one. Place is clean and according to the photos. Location is good, is not in town but a 10 minutes walk from it.

Great place to stay very private but it is out of the way if you want peaceful, it is a good place, but not local so if you want an out of the way place with a great view this is the place

Great place in a very nice spot in the front of the lake ! Has an elevator to the 5th floor .one of the rooms has a great view to the lake very thing is around you supermarket just next door and a restaurant next door many choices ,close to main square too … had wonderful experience

We all had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect. The home was spotless, in a serene location filled with beautiful flowers, plants, and greenery. Had an amazing view with the Rock of Peñol front and center. And had a butler that was there at all times to provide you with whatever you would need. Definitely recommend a stay a Samuel’s place whenever you are looking for a place in Guatapé

This is a pretty nice place. It does NOT have hot water. Not even slightly warm water. Don't plan on using that big bathtub that you see unless you want a cold plunge (without the sauna). The lack of hot water matches the amenities at the bottom of the list if you look down far enough. I guess I just assumed with that many showers and a huge tub that there would be hot water. Also, the beds are very hard. Don't plan on sleeping on your side. The owner was very nice and had quick communication. Overall, it is pretty nice. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty nice view. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb if you don't mind cold showers and if you prefer firm mattresses. We ended up renting a different Airbnb halfway through.

The place is amazing, the landscape is wonderful and the house is spectacular. The beds are a little hard but I have no words to describe the place... a WONDER. Betty and Helena, who welcomed us, were very kind. In the rooms, the perfume they put was very nice but a little intense, it's just a detail... Definitely 100% recommended.

Highly recommended, a very nice, comfortable, spacious and organized space, excellent location, everything is nearby, Hacienda Napoles, transportation terminal, stores like D1 and ARA. Very good service from the gentleman in charge, he was always attentive and very kind.

Excellent service and an amazing view of the Guatape stone dam, highly recommended for large groups.

The place is large, beautiful, safe and quiet, just like the photos, the host is very attentive and kind. I would definitely come back again.
