Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Unterkunft entsprach vollumfänglich unseren Erwartungen, die Begrüßung durch Henry war freundlich und hilfreich. Haus und Umgebung wunderschön und gepflegt. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Seele baumeln lassen. Man sieht und spürt, dass sich hier jemand mit viel Liebe zum Detail kümmert. Besonders der Pool hat mich als Norddeutsche die in Ascuncion herrschenden Temperaturen überleben lassen :-). Danke für das Bereitstellen des richtigen Rahmens, um nach 5 Wochen Paraguay von Schwester und Schwager und diesem tollen Land Abschied zu nehmen.

Jessica was an amazing host and very quick to respond to any questions. The place was better than advertised, pictures dont do the grounds justice. The outside area was beautiful and a perfect place to relax and hang out. Thank you for everything Jessica, we will be coming back.

A casa é linda , confortável, organizada, limpa. Tem extintor e kit de pronto socorro. Muito mais bonita do que mostram as fotos.

Hemos pasado unos dias hermosos en familia disfrutando de la comodidad de la casa , la fescura de su piciina y la blleza natural de su parque. Los anfitriones son amables y predispuestos. La ubicación es genial. Muy recomendable!!

Wir haben diese Woche bei Peter sehr genossen. Als Neulinge auf dem amerikanischen Kontinent war uns Peter in allen Fragen behilflich: Flughafen Transfer, Autovermietung, Geldwechsel, Busticket, Markt besuchen usw. Das Haus ist geräumig , das Bett besitzt eine gute Matratze, die Klimaanlage kühlt zügig runter und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll war der neue Grill auf der großen Terrasse, den wir viel nutzten. Und das Beste zum Schluss: der große Pool inmitten des vogelreichen Gartens ist abends sogar zauberhaft beleuchtet. Als Start für Südamerika die beste Adresse , fangt hier bei Peter an.

Wunderbares Loft – perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Asunción! Tony's Studio ist genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt! Besonders das bequeme Bett mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche und die liebevolle Dekoration haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht: Von Küchenutensilien über einen Trocknungsständer bis hin zum Haartrockner ist alles da. Der große Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein, und die ruhige Lage nahe Einkaufszentren macht es noch besser. Das Gebäude bietet zudem einen Pool, ein Gym und eine Waschküche – alles top gepflegt. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, und Tony ist ein toller Gastgeber, der schnell und zuverlässig antwortet. Ich kann das Studio uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Desde que llegue al lugar me atendieron de 10. Todo el personal del establecimiento me trató como si fuera propietario. El departamento hermoso y muy bien equipado y las instalaciones eran hermosas, no me daban ganas de irme. Súper seguro, el auto quedaba en la cochera y había muchas actividades para realizar dentro del establecimiento, canchas de Pádel, Básquet, Tenis, Juegos para chicos, piscinas, Pool, Ping Pong, etc. 10 de 10

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing place and were completely captivated by its connection with nature. The serene environment and the beautifully maintained spaces are perfect for romantic strolls or family walks with kids where you can find a lot of friendly animals (dogs, horses, etc). My girlfriend and I felt an intriguing connection with the place that made our stay truly special. The wooden cabins offered a unique experience, seamlessly blending comfort with the natural surroundings. Jasmin and her entire family were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. I had the delightful opportunity to have many engaging conversations with Sabrina, Jasmin's mother. She shared fascinating life experiences and talked about the wonderful times they're having in Paraguay. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I would love to return every chance I get, especially because of the convenient car connections to nearby cities like Sanber, Altos, Caacupe, and Atyra.

Wonderful place in the countryside, I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s very peaceful. There are a few very friendly dogs on the property, I liked that. Great host!

Practico Alojamiento en San Ber, siempre elijo este lugar para mis vaciles de verano, el que mejor relación costo beneficio tiene sin lugar a dudas y la tensión es 10 puntos.

Fuimos 19 personas y todos coincidimos en que la casa no podía ser mejor. Fue todo impecable. Super cómodo, lujoso, económico. No nos olvidaremos nunca de la casa que nos alojó para ser campeones de la Copa Sudamericana 🩵

Nuestra estancia fue muy buena! La propiedad estaba limpia, cómoda y muy bien organizada! Buena ubicación, especial para desconectarse. Contaba con todos los utensilios y elementos necesarios para la estancia. La anfitriona muy amable y atenta.

Jota was a very helpfull host. Also the appartment was very nice and I enjoyed my stay at this location a lot.
