The place is ideal as it is located facing the sea and close to many places to eat, the facilities are all as shown in the photo, it is also a very safe area and with very little traffic. We were very comfortable inside the apartment as it had everything we needed for our stay 👏✨ 11/10

We were very satisfied with the apartment during our 4 weeks stay. The apartment included welcome gift, is in a safe area, very nice, clean and very good equipped, including a kitchen. The large balcony has a nice view of the beautiful Chipipe beach, the building has two nice swimming pools, jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna and exercise room. All is clean and well mainlined by dedicated building staff.

Excellent place, good location to take photos, go out and enjoy a wide variety of places and restaurants. The service was superb and immediate from Mr. Ricardo and the other receptionists. I would definitely like to go back there on an upcoming vacation, either with friends or family.

We enjoyed our stay! No more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the area. It is a quiet and safe community. We were able to take nightly walks after grilling with no issues. The home is very cozy and could use some updates but that would not prevent us from returning. Everything that is posted is at the home and ready to use. Thank you for everything Janina and hope to see you again!

My stay was really very cozy and pleasant. The house is certainly complete, it has its spaces impeccably clean, very organized and complete, it is a very beautiful house and excellent for resting. The pool is great. My family rested a lot and we felt comfortable in every space and it was as described by Genesis, who was very attentive and an excellent host. Jorge is a very attentive person. Immediately respond to messages and try to make their guests feel comfortable. 💯 The apartment is comfortable, impeccable, very well located if you want to be in a quiet area. Additional has private parking inside the condominium and guard at the main access door. Recommended 💯!!!
