Beachfront vacation rentals in San Leon

We had a fabulous weekend stay over and thoroughly enjoyed how clean the home is. Great location to the beach. The home had everything you might need including spare beach towels, beach toys even dog bowls. We took our golden retriever and he enjoyed the green space around the property which is very well maintained. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

Greg was quick to respond and the place was super clean and nice. We had a nice relaxing time and enjoyed our stay. There was a lot to do at the facility and if you just wanted to relax the balcony was a nice place to soak it all in.

Angie’s place was great and exactly as described. The exterior of the complex could use some TLC but her unit is perfect. We enjoyed the view from the balcony for evening drinks and morning coffee. We were only there for two quick nights but it has everything you would need for a full week beach vacation. It was lovely and we will probably be back as our daughter is based in and out of Galveston on Carnival.

The house was just as described. We enjoyed relaxing in the home and on the porch. We also enjoyed restaurants nearby. The hot tub was a nice place to relax even while it was raining due to the huge covered patio.

Great place to stay with the family. The value is definitely there.

Second beach house we rented in Jamaica beach and this one was my favorite. Beautiful home and super clean. Love the deck and all the amenities provided. Would definitely recommend this home and looking forward to renting this property again in the future.

This was the first family getaway since having babies and the entire weekend was a blast. The private connection to the beach and kiddie pool had me sold. Mary’s place was clean and had everything we needed to make simple meals. We had a family matter come up and Mary was super quick to answer and accommodate. My husband is already talking about going back for a kids free weekend. Overall, kids or no kids, I’d highly recommend her condo.

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

We always love staying at the San Luis. The hotel and the property are beautiful and the staff are always very friendly. This is an ideal place to come to relax and to feel pampered. With the unit being an efficiency, it is a bit tight when the bed is down, but we would certainly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Good condo, great pool area and great location. Beds and furniture were all comfortable, and the layout was very efficient.

Our family loved this condo right on the water with beautiful views of the Gulf! Sandra was helpful and responsive, she even brought extra toys for the kids to play with! I would definitely recommend this listing!

We had a fantastic stay. The pool was great to have and was very private from any neighbors. The home has a lot of great dining options nearby which we enjoyed. The house was beautiful and was a great place for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful time at Kokomo. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. The views and access to the beach were exceptional. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The beach in front of the house was very clean and private. There was no thru traffic on the beach for cars so the beach felt very safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed our family time together there. We took our two black labs and they both felt at home too. We will definitely be going back!

The place was absolutely beautiful and very clean . Communication with Tyler was easy even at night when we had trouble turning on the fire pit . I will definitely book again in the future.

This is the perfect spot for pet owners looking for a Galveston getaway. Our reservation was a last minute decision but was better than anticipated. I honestly wish I had a longer time to stay here. Very clear instructions, easy access, convenient and quiet location, and has everything you need for your stay in case you forget something. The space also felt very clean and right at home. My dog appeared comfortable in the house and enjoyed our stay here. I’m already looking forward to staying here in the near future 😊

Great house, lovely location. Nice and close to downtown Galveston, easy to access grocery and other needs. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked quite a bit. Beds were extremely comfortable, communication was great!

We had a great time at this nice beach side property. It was very clean, spacious and had great ocean views although it was not a beach front property. It felt very safe in the nights. The walk to the beach was short (just about 5 mins) and there is also a private access to the beach. We enjoyed the bbq grill. Overall, the stay was awesome and we wish we had stayed longer.

We were able to book this place with very short notice. Ashley was very communicative and responsive to all inquiries. The home was cozy and nicely appointed with all the amenities for a stay at the beach. The fenced in yard was perfect for our fur babies. We appreciated being able to bring them with us. Love the proximity to the private beach. There were only a few families the entire weekend. Felt like our own paradise!

We were really impressed by the place. I loved how the yards were enclosed and felt safe my dog wouldn’t find an opening to escape from 😅. I loved how pet friendly the place was. There were bowls, beds, and even treats ready in case you forgot them at home. The place really was walkable to pleasure pier, chick fil a, and the gift shop Murdochs.

This was the perfect location for our son's 17th birthday weekend with 3 of his friends (& my husband & me). Close to the beach and fishing pier, the boys had a great time. I enjoyed the perfect beach decor and cleanliness. It was perfect. Host was super communicative and responsive. 5 stars!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Sol Searcher Beach House! 🏖️ The decor was very cute & charming, creating a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. 🛏️💕 My husband absolutely loved the movie style recliners, & discovering the food tray was a delightful surprise! 🎬🍿 The locked gate on the patio was a fantastic feature, giving us peace of mind knowing our dogs were safe and secure. 🐶🔒 One of my favorites was the comfortable & relaxing hammock on the master patio. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the ocean breeze. 🌿🌅The house had everything we needed, from a variety of seasonings to dishes for our furry companions. 🍽️🐾 Being extremely close to the beach was a huge plus 🌊 Andrea was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. 👩‍💼💬 We highly recommend it for a relaxing and memorable beach trip!
