This AMAZING duplex apartment full of natural light is located in a PRIVILEGED LOCATION in the heart of historic district of Seville. John was super responsive, caring and helpful with everything we needed. The apartment is quiet, well equipped (we totally loved the home cinema comfortable bed). The whole place stayed cool all day long, even it was extremely hot outside. We would recommend it for sure.

The building itself is a new building that has been built just recently, so it is extremely clean and comfortable! There is a bus stop near the property, so you can quickly go to major tourist attractions. The room was bigger than I thought and clean. It wasn't in the room, but there was a washing machine and dryer in the building, and it was so nice to use it for free! And it was convenient because all the entrance doors were door locks, not keys. Those who have traveled to Europe will probably agree with how big of an advantage this is. Host Guillermo is also very kind. If you come to Seville, I highly recommend this accommodation!

A peaceful and quiet haven in the bustling old town. A very modern apartment, wonderfully clean, well maintained and soothing. A comfortable walking distance to all major parts of Seville. And an easy 20 min walk to Triana. Manu was very proactive and responsive with his messages and replies. Recommend this place unreservedly!
