The place and the stay were wonderful. The house was in very good condition, with all the amenities described. The person who attended us to give us the key and was attentive to us was very kind. However, the host was found somewhat absent, the location was not accurate and they did not answer the phone. We had to wait 30 min to get the exact location. Correcting this last one I would 100% recommend it for a quiet day away from the noise.

In general, the accommodation works very well if you're traveling with a group of friends and looking for a place to spend the night. If your intention is to enjoy a more comfortable experience, with luxury and everything you need for cooking, I recommend bringing your own utensils, as the place is not fully equipped in that regard. What is most appreciated is the privacy and independence it offers. Unlike other accommodations with many restrictions, here you can feel more free to organize your stay at your own pace, without that meaning it is a permissive or neglected space. You can come and go as you please, and that's not a problem. Of course, it's important to note that it's a property under construction, so some areas are still in the rough. There are also insects, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Also, it's not that close to the center if you plan to walk, although if you go by car, that makes things a lot easier.

The property is extremely large, there are 7 rooms upstairs, one has a bathroom in the bedroom and two more are complete and spacious, maybe it needs to be furnished a little but it has what you need, on the ground floor there are 2 rooms, one with a bathroom in the room and another complete, the kitchen is very spacious, the pool is huge, and with a slope for anyone small or large, Mr. Juan who takes care of the house is always attentive, we all had an amazing time and without a doubt if there is an opportunity we would return!

Tucked away in a really lovely and peaceful part of Condesa with access to fantastic neighborhood restaurants, bars, and shopping. The apartment itself is gorgeous with excellent natural light and two patios to enjoy the morning or afternoon sun, or get a break from either! Truly romantic. You’ll feel at home here, no doubt.

I dealt specifically with Miriam, and she was ABSOLUTELY delightful! The condo was amazing and the location was perfect for all the things we wanted to do in Mexico. We ran into one slight issue accessing the ammenies (pool) but that was due to a miscommunication with staff. Miriam however was able to resolve the issue in no time at all! She was responsive, kind and did a great deal in making us feel welcome. 10/10 would reccomend.

While a bit away from the main tourist spots, the apartment is in on a quiet street and what seems to be a very safe location. With a Walmart Grocery store only a 5-6 minute walk away, it was easy to stock up on food and water for the day, along with a number of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, CDMX's main park is only a 20-25 minute walk and was a pleasure to run to in the mornings. The apartment itself is very modern and the building staff at the entrance were always friendly.

We would certainly stay in this apartment again. Hector is always attentive and very kind. A super plus that we found in this place is that we didn't hear any noise from the street! This was wonderful for resting. The area is super quiet and very accessible. Everything works 100%.

Excellent place to breathe fresh air, incredible views, the walk in the forest 5 minutes from the cabin is a great plus, the place has everything to have a good time, barbecue, fireplace, TV, I highly recommend it

Great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding the Small Village. You can easily reach small shops and other stuff in the nearby neighborhood by foot. Elisa helped us to arrange a taxi from Puebla taking us straight to the cabin. We use Roberto the taxi driver for other tours during our stay and also went to hike one of the smaller peaks nearby which gave a beautiful view on Mexico City and the two major volcanoes.

We had a great time. Celinda was always attentive. Flavio very friendly and attentive was always supporting us in everything. The place is very nice and quiet just to spend a few days relaxing. The 100% cabin everything worked very well, as did the outside aerial. We recommend bringing warm clothing. We will definitely be back soon, to us and our lomitos we loved it!!!

The stay was super nice. Diego and Jesus were very attentive. I would add that the garden is shared and sometimes it is confusing.

We stayed in the cabin to celebrate the new year and it was very comfortable and welcoming. Cathy is very friendly and always attentive to our questions, just like Don Juan. We liked the open space of the farm as we were able to play ball and tennis🎾 😁. It also has enough shower towels and cold blankets. Very close to the center... we walked hard. OPPORTUNITIES: maybe not charge for everything.. we felt a bit sorry not to do something that will cause us another charge. The amounts were not up to date for what we had to pay more for the heater, suggestion would be to include it in the total amount, since the total was not cheap for two days. The 60-inch 2000 TV didn't have HDMI, we couldn't use it more than how old fashioned the cable is. Wifi would be appreciated. Overall highly recommended!
