Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!

Wonderful house and great host! Before arriving had details of everything we could need included local recommendations and closest shops etc. It’s a private property that isn’t overlooked or located on a busy road. We were so excited when we arrived and everything was exactly as described: perfect, air-y, open property with lots of space. Absolutely spotless also, really clean and well presented! Host Vincent was very approachable and on hand for anything that we could need, we had a problem with one of the AC units in one of the bedrooms and within 10 minutes it was being sorted - this was late into the evening too but it wasn’t any trouble at all! Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we all had a perfect break!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Veronica. Alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung – und ist sogar noch besser. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort und möchten uns besonders dafür bedanken, dass Veronica an alles gedacht hat: Hochstühle, Babybett und sogar Spielzeug für unser Baby. Meine anfängliche Skepsis wegen des Pools war unbegründet – der Bereich ist durch einen Zaun gesichert und absolut kindersicher. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: sehr nah am Strand, Restaurants und eine Straßenbahnstation sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, komplette Küche) und Veronica war eine ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Andrey’s place was amazing. The location was fantastic, with everything within short walking distance — great restaurants, the market and the beach. It was super convenient for our family. Andrey was also very thoughtful, leaving spades and buckets for our toddler, which made our beach days even more fun. The apartment itself was roomy, comfortable, and had everything you might need for a trip. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Alicante!

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

Finca muy hermosa, tranquila, con todas las comodidades, si bien es cierto que no tiene aire acondicionado, hemos venido en pleno agosto y aún así, mucho menos calor que en Madrid, así que para nosotros muy bien. La piscina está abierta de noche, para refrescarse, pudimos hacer barbacoa, había restaurantes relativamente cerca (en coche), nosotros vinimos a recorrernos la costa blanca, así que excelente punto de partida la ubicación de la finca. La anfitriona estuvo al pendiente para acordar la llegada, fácil check in y check out. Todo 👌 Esperamos repetir pronto. Muchas gracias Tina!

De accommodatie van Veronica was van alles voorzien en had een geweldig terras. Rustig gelegen, privé parking, vlakbij tram en dichtbij strand en restaurants. Heel goed gelegen om de regio van Alicante te verkennen. Geweldig verblijf gehad.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super, genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnanlage hat sowohl einen Outdoor- als auch Indoor-Pool, was gerade im Februar Gold wert war. Die Wohnung ist klasse ausgestattet, viele Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Grill, etc . Tomek war bis auf Anfangsschwierigkeiten immer gut erreichbar und hat sich schnell um alles gekümmert. Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt und Restaurants ist in ca. 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

We booked this apartment because it included underground parking, but be aware it is first-come first-served and not a reserved space. The car park was full when we arrived (and spaces are tight with cars being bigger nowadays) but luckily someone left after 20 minutes so we used that space and did not dare move the car again during our stay. Once we were parked, it was great and a relief. Yana checking us in and out was very communicative and helpful.

Un oasis de paz. Pasamos cinco días en la casita de madera de Fernando, acompañados de nuestro conejito Simba. Han sido unos días maravillosos con todas las comodidades necesarias , con un exterior fantástico lleno de rincones Chillout, que invitaban a disfrutar y desconectar. Altea, Calpe, Benidorm quedan a escasos 18 minutos y a 5 minutos en coche se encuentra Altea la Vella con un montón de restaurantes y supermercados. Quedan muy buen servicio. Sin duda volveremos!

Exceeded all our expectations! Fantastic property, super clean, tidy with everything you may need. Every detail is thought through - made us feel really welcome, cosy. Never ever stayed at a place before where mattress and pillows would be so comfy! Aaaaand a macadamia shower gel added a touch of luxury:) Thank you! Such an amazing location.. peaceful, lots of space, shops and restaurants only few mins away by car. Private, lots of space and everything that we needed. Photos do not do justice, it's much better:) Our puppy enjoyed running on the grass and our daughter enjoyed the trampoline and the pool most! Carlos was always very responsive, polite and helpful. Such an amazing experience. Highly recommended!!

Estuvimos un fin de semana familiar en la Teuleria Anita cerca de Cocentaina como sorpresa de cumpleaños de mi padre y la verdad que fue un fin de semana perfecto. La casa en una ubicación inmejorable con vistas a todo el valle de Cocentaina, vistas al castillo y con muchos m2 de superficie. Casa grande, rústica, con todo lo necesario. Estufa de pellets, chimenea y otra de leña, así como varios calefactores eléctricos que nos mantuvieron la mar de bien. Ana súper atenta, nos recomendó varias actividades y zonas donde comer. Nos encantó. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!!

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos et est parfait pour un couple. La place de parking dans la résidence et le supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied sont de réels atouts. La terrasse était également très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

The apartment exceeded my expectations, much better than in the photo. The pool is great, new and big. Very close to the sea, tram stop, and convenient with a small child. I want to come back again. Also, the wonderful Hanna, who met us, gave good recommendations and told us about everything.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke
